[4] The Awkward Meeting

Than POV

The atmosphere between me and that cold senior is becoming awkward and tense up. Everytime we meet we will always have fighting stare. I hate it but what can I do. He hates me, so no reason for me to not hate him back.

He hates me, I will hate him back. He loves me, I will lo... What? No! Forget about it. You need to do laundry, Than. Look, most of your clothes are dirty.

I go to the laundry near school dorm. But unlucky me, I see him with his friends over there. Universe, why?

He stares at me, same as his friends. P'Leng look at me with hatred. Okay, that is good. Very good. Thanks god, you make me gain new enemy. Shit!

P'Nao just plays with his eye brows. He looks at me with his cheeky smile.

"Doing laundry?"  I nod.

"Can I have exchange coin, P?"

"I don't have it" P'Leng says.

"Aunty" I call the owner inside, "Can I have exchange coin?"

She comes outside. Looks at me then look at those seniors.

"Leng, why don't you give him exchange coin?"

P'Leng takes exchange coin from his pocket and give it to me.

The cold senior gets up and bid goodbye to them and aunty. He acts like I am invisible. He passes me without any words.

"Come on, Nao. Help me with this laundry"

P'Leng gets up and walk away. P'Nao looks at me and srugh. He says 'good luck' without sound to me.

I sit on the bench. The notification pops up from my phone. It is a LINE from P'Top. He tells me if he has told our father about me being in team. And he tells me to do well. I sigh. It makes me more disappoint with myself. I make everyone who support me disappoint.
