Field Warfare Pack Gen-IV interacted with BZ(Sv5) exposure to produce Type-II and Type-IV effects. Unknown at this time which compensation reactions will remain permanent, if any.

Recommend immediate cease of issue of Field Warfare Pack Gen-IV to all troops.

SUBJECT was exposed to both H3N5vC2(W) as well as Soviet BZ(Sv5/2A) three (3) days ago. Was given multiple vaccines, injection locations left and right buttocks (see att photog). Additional vaccination serums inserted rectally for retrieval in case of SUBJECT death at SUBJECT own suggestion and with SUBJECT consent and foreknowledge. SUBJECT known to have certain responses to exposure to BZ(Sv5/2A). Upon consideration SUBJECT BZ(Sv5/2A) exposure was possibly conscious and consensual in order to elicit precise verbal tic response from SUBJECT. Serums Rapid Fly to BLACKBRIAR (YORKTOWN FACILITY) via Task Force Hatchet-25 Medical SARATOG 

SUBJECT is exhibiting the following symptoms: Extreme resistance to sedatives, heightened aggression (sexual and physical), increased sex drive, increased pain resistance resulting in: (increased endurance, increased strength, heightened reaction time (see att)), rapid incoherent speech, contracted pupils, rapid breathing, flushed skin, intestinal difficulties, diarrhea, vomiting, low blood pressure, rapid heartbeat, fever, sweating, muscle contractions, unusual vaginal discharge, lactation from left breast, elevated white count (see att), rash, swollen lymph nodes, sore throat, verbal tics consistent with previous BZ (SvX/XX) exposure (See Incident File (REDACTED) Subject [REDACTED]).

It is difficult at this time to discern atypical symptoms due to multiple contaminate exposure.
