"so you're sei?"

"yes."

sei came to the realization that pen's sister definitely didn't like them.

pen and sei came to somewhat of a truce when pen forgave sei for the things that they said.

to be nice, pen invited sei back to her place for the night, instead of riding the subway late at night. she immediately regret it the moment her sister laid her eyes on her tall friend.

"so i'm not going to beat around the bush--you hurt my sister. so it's only fair that i don't like you. you'd better try damn hard to get on my good side." lo opened the door on the driver's side and got in.

sei and pen looked at each other.

"she'll warm up. it'll take a while, but she will."

"you know, i could easily just ride the subway." sei let their eyes wander over to the illuminating street lights.

"it's only for the night and you can go back to ignoring me."

sei looked back at pen,"fine. only one night. but sit with me tomorrow."

the car roared to life, pen jumping in surprise.

sei was looking at pen with hopeful eyes.

"i'll sit with you."
