Love takes experience to grow. It feeds on what the eyes can see, what the ears can hear, what the nose can smell, what the tongue can taste and what the hands can feel.

October 20th came. Nexus asked if he and Alexei could hang out a little every break time since they won't be seeing each other for more than two weeks. It took him all his strength and courage just to say the questions and he, as usual expected to be rejected but when she said yes again, he can't hide the smile that reaches up to his ears.

"So, what does your dad do?" Nexus asked, they are currently in the same place they will really get along, Cafeteria. Nexus has no social improvements that he only talks to his classmates if they have some inquiries or vice versa, of course Alexei was different.

"He is the CEO of an organization that is here in Antipolo but he only goes home on Sundays saying he has a very important job." Alexei's voice has traces of loneliness. Nexus had the urge to give her a hug but he stopped thinking about it if he doesn't want to be dumped.

"At least he still comes home, unlike us, I did not know where my dad, or even who he is, what he looks like." Nexus said full of sadness.

"It's okay. I understand him as a father. He even let us live in a simple home to live a simple and happy life." She smiled.

"Wow, that's a dad for you. A Chief Executive Officer who wants to live his family a simple life. How I wish I had that kind of father."

"It's okay. C'mon our break time is over."

As they walked to their rooms, Nexus can't help asking what she would do in the two-week vacation because of the game.

"I guess me and my mom would go on a trip to the province where my granny resides. It's not bad visiting them from time to time. The last time I was there was when I was a kid. How 'bout you?" But before she could get the answer, she added, "Oh I know. It's the game." She smiled knowingly.

They entered the room and the class resumed. There were numerous activities that they were given to since it is a two week long vacation. Nexus preferred doing all of it immediately even though some of them are for groups.

As usual, the day ended and he walked himself to their home. He doesn't care if it is already October and he hasn't got any friends other than Alexei and the four people he's always with in the game.

When he entered the game, four different beings with their unique personas had greeted him with a smile. Jake, Annie, Fawn, and Myckael. "And speaking of the devil. Surely, if there is a contest of 'taking your time', you are the first one who will win." Fawn said.

"What are you talking about? Are you guys talking about me while I was gone?" Nex asked suspiciously with his brow raised and his lips formed a half-smile.

"Um," Fawn pretended thinking of something so deep. "Haha, its nothing, we just can't get over the fact that you're the late guy in this group but you're also the leader."

"Me? Leader? That's preposterous!" Nex said in disbelief. "You know guys that we don't have a leader because we heed equality and having someone to lead us, breaks that equality. Another thing is, we don't need a leader, and this group is like a republic country, we need everybody to move forward."
