"I wannnnna go to school mommy!" I whine

"No."

"Please!"

"NO."

"But I nee-"

"NO is NO child! That is my final answer, and nothing will change my mind about my decision."

Mom kisses my forehead and walks out my door, shutting it very carefully. She opens the door again and pops her head in through the crack.

"Be good child. And rest." she orders.

And with that, she left.

Now what do I so? Ty and Chase are at school.(Ryan's twin brothers if you forgot.)

Macy is at school.

Mom is at work.

And to make matters worse, our internet was done for now. Fixing some power-lines or something like that. Hopefully it'll be done soon.

Since I find no interest in anything, I go to sleep.

******************

"Ryan Is getting so sick mommy, will she die?" Ty asks sadly.

"No honey don't ever say that." mom responds, half whisper, half sob-ish.

"Are you sure she won't end up like daddy?" Chase questioned.

"Because I miss daddy. A lot." Chase says.

I start to hear a lot of sobbing and then my eyes open, and boy oh boy, I see the light.

"Ryan?" a voice asks, sounding a lot like my dad.

Its all foggy and everything, and clouds surrounded me, everywhere.

"Ryan? Is that really you?" the voice asks once again.

I start to wave the fog and clouds away and I reveal my dad.

***************

"Dad!" I yell, jerking upright.

I'm only to be shown my room. Where my dad isn't. He was so close, I could feel him, I could smell his soft, warm smell, that only he had.

"It was just a dream." I mumbled sadly to myself.

I fidgeted with the lace on my bed-spread.

After telling my-self to woMAN up, I trotted down stairs, into the kitchen. What to eat, decision, decisions. My eyes trailed over the dinner from last night, a subway sandwich, a loaf of bread, milk, orange juice, and some fruits and veggies. Eh nothing interesting.

Ooh I have an idea. I grab the loaf of bread and skip over the cabinets and rummage in it until nutella is in my hands.

I grab a knife and a plate from the dish washer. I set the plate on the breakfast table and pull out 4 pieces of bread and start to spread the nutella on the bread.
