Chapter 26: Eclipsa?

Aurora's POV

We arrived at the castle with twice as many gaurds as before, wondering why mom requested to see me as soon as possible. I walked inside the castle spotting dad talking to a few gaurds.

Dad:
Remember to be alert! We'll never know what will happen when Toffee's around

Me:
Dad?

Dad:
Aurora your back!

Me:
Yeah how's mom? Is she ok?

Dad:
Yes sweety she wants to see you

Me:
Ok I'll go

I walked down the hall with gaurds lined up at each side or the hall, going to mom's room. I knocked on the door and opened it seeing mom lying down on her bed...

Mom:
Auora you're back! How was exploring the kingdon sweety?

I walked towards her bed and sat down beside her

Me:
Fine I guess. Why do you want to see me for?

Mom:
I was just worried about you with Toffee around

I tensed up a bit since I saw Toffee earlier but I don't know If I should tell her about it. I could tell that's not the only reason she had

Me:
Is that all? In fact, I should be the one worried, you just fainted! With out even any cause

Mom:
It's not and I'm sorry I made you worry.

She said holding my left arm

Me:
It's ok but don't worry about me I could take care of myself, I could do karate

I said showing off my moves dad taught me

Mom:
I know sweety but Toffee is not what you think, he's way wiser and powerful, and with Eclipsa, there's no telling what they could do to you

Eclipsa??

Me:
Who's Eclipsa?

Her eyes widen of fear and regret

Mom:
Oh uh-ummmm she's a very powerful...uhh..witch yeah

I could tell she was lying about this 'Eclipsa' chick, but I did'nt want to ask more since it's clear that she does'nt want to talk about her, but who is she?

Me:
Oh ok...

I don't know what to say next. I wanted to learn more but...It's selfish of me to go too far.

Me:
I'll go to my room if you don't mind, kinda tired. You should rest too

I kissed her forehead

Mom:
Oh uh ok sweety

I walked towards the door while waving goodbye to her then walked out going to my room questioning myself who's Eclipsa? Is she really a witch like mom said or someone else?
