Harrys POV

I was so mad I had to walk down the hall and put my forehead against the cool wall.  My breathing was hitched and I fought back tears that pricked at the corners of my eyes.  It didn't take long for the guilt to creep up on me.  Sighing, I turned back down the hall and made my way back to Lou's room.

Halfway there I froze in my tracks.  Doctors streamed into the room and I heard the robotic voice of the defibrillator.  I sprinted towards the open door and tried to get past a ring of doctors; screaming that I needed to know what was going on.  The long beep of the heart machine flat lining gave me my answer.  I saw the doctors all look at each other with a knowing glance, one that was clearly readable.  Louis has died again.  I felt my head hang as the weight of a thousand bricks pushed me down.  I fell to the floor and watched as Louis small body stayed still on the thin hospital bed.  My throat closed and my breathing stopped.  This couldn't be happening.

Out of sheer fear I closed my eyes, not wanting to witness anything that could hurt me this much.  However, my eyes shot back open as I heard a soft and consistent beep echo throughout the room.  His heart was beating again and so was mine.

The doctors stayed and did the typical checks before they left us alone.  The whole time I stood in the corner and watched, feeling helpless.  Once the last nurse had straightened the wires I went over and crashed into his side of the bed weeping.  "Lou, oh Lou thank god!" I yelled a little too loud before I completely broke down, my tears flooding his thin hospital dress.  "Hey, hey.  Don't cry baby.  I'm still alive, all is well." He said, stroking my hair.  "I fucking hate you Tomlinson.  After my speech you went and died on me again, and the worst part was that I thought my last words I ever spoke to you were horrible" I choked out before burying my head into his lap.  "Well.  You've never really yelled at me before so I guess one could say I died from fright." He said with a giggle.  I rolled my eyes,

"Twat."

"Asshole"

"wanker"

"I love you Hazza."

"I love you too." I whispered before climbing onto his bed and burying my head into the crook of his neck.  "Don't you ever die on me again because I need you, you big idiot." I stuttered.  "I'll try baby.  I'll try." He said before planting a kiss in my curls.
