Bright is a kind, young cat that is interested in a clan. She finds out about Shadowclan, and the newly formed clan Skyclan. She meets a young cat named Thistlepaw from Shadowclan, who she begins starts to like. Unfortunately, she makes the decision to join Skyclan, and her newly found friendship with Thistlepaw becomes against the code. She feels she belongs with Skyclan, but with Thistlepaw, who soon gets his warrior name along with her. She needs to make a decision, and the decision she makes could affect her life.
