You feel something ,
you live a moment
that means something
to you
and then ,
you put that feeling into words ;
and then ,
you put music in it ,
you add a beat to it ,
you give it a tune and
maybe sometimes
it's not the words ,
that you put first ;
sometimes you just
tune the rhythm and the beat first ; because
some moments ,
some feelings
you can't really
describe with words
any better than
just describing it with your beat
and your rhythm
and when you find the right beat ,
you put words in it ;
sometimes ,
they all are about
your special moments ,
your long cherished moments ;
your moments that you
admire deep down inside ;
sometimes they're pain
and frustration
and meaningless sorrow
that you don't have a reason
to feel ;
sometimes ,
they're your fearless rejection
to something
that seems injustice
and unfair to you ;
sometimes they're your protests against evil ,
sometimes they're just about life ;
it's all in there -
in music ;
and I think
there's nothing more beautiful
than creating music
and giving a voice to those people who can't have it on their own
and when even a single soul ,
a single person can relate to what you're singing about
and when you can just
give them a voice ,
make them feel that they're not
the only one out there ,
they're not alone in this ,
well ,
you're then doing something
that's just so amazing ;
nothing can be as worthy as putting peoples' emotions into words and then giving it a beat ;
I think it's an amazing art how people make music .
It's just beautiful .
