And leggo....

Claris Jacobsen

The morning of that Sunday I had woken up to Seismic waves of pain tearing through my head before I had greeted-- and rejected-- the morning light. In that moment of extreme head pain and cotton mouth, I vowed never to participate in any of Ethan's drinking games or his weed addiction; it always turned out that I suffered the most from his antics, and I was practically a masochist up until this realisation.

Ethan had taken me home after I had gotten ready and some what shed the 'walking dead' appearance in the shower.

Now it was Monday morning and I was brought right back to my mundane routine: Wake up, get ready, get Tasia ready, make breakfast, drop Tasia to school. I acknowledge this ordinariness with open arms.

Pulling up to school today my tatic was simple: keep your head down and don't answer any questions pertaining to this weekend. I had little to no faith that Tessie hadn't reported back to her clan and spilled everything that happened on Saturday. Heck, Ethan probably told the whole world that I was coming to his house for a weekend of shagging and booze! Whatever the case maybe the seeds have most likely been planted, and the rumour bean stalk could soaring towards the sky. Going around refuting people's theories is tiring, especially when people's ears are deaf to the truth because its not as fun as the fiction.

The first person that welcomed me in school was Cayden.

"Hey ms.maid" He mocked, chucking his muscular arm around my shoulders and squeezing me.

I trained my gaze at him, glaring, but he only ruffled my hair as though I was his little sister. "So a little birdie told me that you were at Ethan's house playing molly the maid. Want to extend the service to your me?" He waggled his thick, fair brown eyebrows suggestively.

I finally untangled myself from him "Ugh your such a dickhead, I swear"

"But you still love me" He beamed, cupping my shoulders with his arm. "So are you gonna tell me what I wanna know or do I need to hear it from whispers in the hallways?"

Before I could formulate a response, the pips for the start of Period one which summoned fleets of students out the bathroom and into the hallway.

"Talk to you at Lunch?" I offered.

"Sure thing" Cayden nodded.

"Spill, we need to know everything" Addy slid her lunch tray to the side and leaned forward in enthusiasm. Abi followed suit, whilst Cayden tucked into his BLT roll avid to hear the tale.

"What am I gonna say that you haven't already heard?"

Today was horrible. Fucking horrible. Just as I imagined the winds of conspiracies and theories turned the All Saints gossip mill at 100 mph. I couldn't pass one inch of the hallways without falling into someone's gaze, which was either shooting me disgust or awe.

"Your gonna tell us the truth" Addy stated in a 'duh' tone. "Now, start from the beginning"

That's exactly what I did. I explained how this whole bet even came into existence, but he won because I had completely flopped my English mock. Then moved on to how he picked me up in the morning when I looked a complete mess, and took me to his house.

"Once we got into his house he made me change into those tacky maid outifts you get at Ann summers. It was terrible guys! It was tight as hell and so short I could barely do anything without flashing my arse. What's worse is when Tessie showed up--"
