You and PonyBoy are hanging out at the movies because your best friends and have nothing else to do. He gets really nervous but confesses that he's loved you since you were both babies.
" You don't get it y/n, you are and will always will be my first love even if we aren't together."
He turns away embarrassed as to what he just said out loud.
You smile at his shyness.
" PonyBoy I love you more than anyone else and you know that. " you started to say as he looks up at you.
" When I hear the word love I think of you, and yes I do get it. I've always wanted you to be my first love, and I've always hoped we would be together. " you finish. Him still staring at you.
After a moment of silence to let it all sink in he comes closer to you. He puts his arms around your waist and pulls you closer, until his lips touch yours. You put your hands around his neck. This was both of your first kisses.
