"WHERE IS SHE, DAMMIT?!", Lawless screamed earning terrified looks from people who passed him. It's been three whole hours since Lawless left the hotel, and no sign of (Y/N) anywhere. He knew he couldn't give up on trying to find his little cupcake for two reasons. One, he felt guilty for hurting the love of his crazy life without even meaning to. Two, he's pretty sure Licht locked him out of the hotel room after he left. The sound of the doorknob making a 'click' was a sure fire way of letting Lawless know it was being locked by the violent angel. Boy, was his eve a deadman.
"That's a very funny story, (Y/N)-chan!"
A voice had caught Lawless' attention as his red gems glanced towards the person who spoke. Those crimson pools widened after he recognized a familiar face conversing with the girl he had been searching for. The two of them sat in what looks like a Japanese sushi restaurant. If the company's door wasn't open, Lawless wouldn't have been able to see, and hear his younger brother.
'W-What's Tsubaki doing here?!', Lawless thought as dread crawled up his spine.
He began to contemplate on what to do before the malicious being spoke once more. This time the tone of Tsubaki's voice was an unmistakable seductive ring.
"You know, (Y/N)-chan, you will make a man very happy one day. Don't you agree?"
"Um... I don't think so. I mean I really haven't found anyone yet--"
"What the hell do you two think you're doing?"
(Y/N) blinked before turning around to see Lawless towering over her, and her companion. Tsubaki made a smug look as his chin rested on his hand. Lawless glared at his younger relative with intents of killing Tsubaki. His hatred for the eighth Servamp skyrocketed at what Tsubaki had said next.
"I'm trying to beat you at your own game, older brother."
"G-Game? Lawless, what is he talking about?", (Y/N) inquired towards the stunned Servamp.
'H-How did he--'
"I've been watching you two since I had left to finish what business I had. If you haven't known I have been friends with (Y/N) for three years. I have no intention of handing her to you or that delusional eve of yours."
Tsubaki's malicious tone had terrified Lawless. It had caused the greedy Servamp to sit in his place. His mouth opened and closed like a fish in water. What could he say to save himself from either humiliation or death? Nothing came to mind.
"Is that what this is about? I was wondering why you two tried to kill each other a lot more than usual.", (Y/N) chuckled before standing up from her seat. Her small hands grasped the now sweaty hands of the servant vampire of greed, stunning him, and causing his cheeks to burn.
"Tell Licht that I said to keep trying because he's losing big time.", (Y/N) smiled at Lawless much to Tsubaki's annoyance. A thought came to Lawless making him think the whole world excluding (Y/N), and himself didn't exist.
'Maybe I do have a chance after all...'
"AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!...not interesting at all...", Tsubaki sighed before turning away from the couple.
