Everyone spent the night at my house, we had a "going away party," but it wasn't a
party, and I am the only one leaving. All we did was basically eat way too much food and
play Dance Dance Revolution. Tomorrow I am officially leaving to train Charmander
and catch and train other Pokémon. I plan to take on the Elite 4 after I get all eight gym
badges.

Everyone except for Green left at around noon. I wanted to spend time with my
family and boyfriend before I left for a little while. The girls weren't too thrilled about it.
I had to promise that I would meet them for lunch one day. Yesterday, Lyra finally
decided what she wanted to do after high school. She wants to become a school teacher
and teach young children about Pokémon. I sure will miss their crazy antics with Leafy.

"So, what do you want to do today?" Green asked. "Be with you." I replied with a
smile. "This is your last day here, you should do something that you really want to do."
Green said. "Do you count?" I asked with a smirk. "Not right now! You need to have
some fun with your family!" Green yelled. "Mom is already making a family dinner for
us. That's all I really wanted." I said. "Do you want to play a game or something?" He
asked. "Sure." I said. Green and I left my room and we're heading over towards the den.
"Hey Red, what's in this room?" Green asked, heading towards the attic door. "Oh,
that's the attic, don't you remember taking boxes in there with me when we remodeled
the house?" I asked. "Oh yeah! What was in those boxes by the way?" He asked. "You
know, I'm not too sure. Let's go find out." I said.

I opened the door to the attic and led Green towards the storage boxes. "I can't
believe that we've lived here for a year and still haven't unpacked these boxes." I said,
surprised. "Is there going to be old creepy antiques in there? I opened a box in Gramps'
basement and found a terrifying ceramic pig in it." Green asked. "Ha, I can assure to
you that there isn't anything terrifying in there. Leaf would have thrown them away
years ago." I explained as I ripped open a box. "Oh cool!" Green said when he peeked to
see what was in the box. There were tons of old action figures and old gaming consoles.
"No way. I thought that I had left these behind!" I exclaimed. "These are so cool!" Green
said while picking up my old GameBoy. "I played so much Zelda and Tetris on that
thing." I explained with a smile. "I mostly played Mario." Green said. He set the game
down and continued digging in the box. "You had such a cool childhood!" Green
exclaimed. I smiled and opened another box in the attic. "Is this a scrap book?" Green
asked. The first thing that I saw in the box was indeed a scrap book. It was the one that
Leaf made a few years ago. "It is." I replied. I opened the book and saw multiple
pictures from my childhood. "Is that your dad?" Green asked, pointing to a picture of
both of my parents. "Yep. That's him." I said. I continued to flip through the pages of
the book. "You were so cute as a kid!" Green said.

Green pointed to a picture of Mom holding me when I was about one and a half. She
had just given birth to Leaf when this picture was taken. "Leaf looks the same as she
does now in this picture." Green said.
