Green spent the night with Leaf and I since he didn't want to be in the same house as
Blue. Luckily for him, Blue was flying back to Alola tomorrow morning. After he left
yesterday, I brought Green back inside and we baked the whole day. He told me that an
orphanage in Viridian is really poor, so he like to do nice things for the children.

"Do you wanna help make six kids the happiest kids on the planet?" He asked. "What
are you talking about?" I asked while turning off my phone. "I like to donate to the
orphanage in Viridian every once in a while when I have time. Do you wanna help me?"
He asked with a wide smile. "Yeah sure, do you always do nice things like this all the
time?" I asked. "Of course, since I'm fortunate enough to have a happy life, I want to
make others happy. And if doing a little something makes them happy, then I'm happy."
He explained. His eyes were gleaming, he looks excited to do this. I've always wondered
how Green was always so happy. He always cares about other people before himself.
Green needs to be a youth leader or something, he's a great influence on everyone! I
need to be more like him! He takes responsibility really well. He works really hard at his
swimming, he makes amazing grades, he takes care of his grandfather and used to take
care of Blue since his sister is always gone. I've never seen that man break down. I've
seen him mad plenty of times, but he's always so strong. I asked him one day where his
parents were, and he told me without crying. When he and Blue were five, and Daisy
was fifteen, their parents died in a boat sinking. The boat was caught in a storm and was
struck by the strong waves in the Hoenn region. He didn't show any emotion telling me
the story. Maybe he keeps his emotions bottled up and doesn't want to show any
weaknesses since he's already pitied for losing both of his parents at such a young age.
He doesn't talk much about himself unless I bring it up or if it's important to him. "Let's
make them treats!" He said excitedly. "What kind of treats?" I asked. "Well, since
they're kids, they will probably like just about anything." He explained. "You're right.
How about poffins?" I suggested. "Those are expensive as hell to make, and I can't
afford the berries you bake with them." He explained. "How about cookies and cakes?" I
said. "Yeah let's do that!" He beamed. "Should we invite Leaf to help? She's still sulking
in her room." I asked. "Of course!"

Green, Leaf, and I walked to the local grocery store and bought ingredients for each
treat we were baking. Leaf suggested instead of making a few big cakes that we just
made cup cakes. Green and I both agreed on it. She also wanted to bake brownies. Leaf
is an excellent baker as well as a chef. We all agreed to make one treat each. I'm making
cookies since they're the easiest- I'm still a terrible chef. Green is making brownies, and
Leaf is making the cupcakes along with the frosting. We're making everything from
scratch since they will taste better than pre-made crap. "How are we all gonna make
these at the same time?" I asked. We have a decent sized kitchen, but we only have one
oven. "Well, since cookies take only like ten minutes to bake, you will start first, when
your first batch goes in the oven, Green will start making the brownies. When the
brownies go in, I will begin making the cupcakes since they take the longest to bake."
Leaf explained. If I was in charge of this whole operation, we would be fucked. I
wouldn't be able to think of a strategy that well. "We need music!" Leaf exclaimed. She
ran up the stairs to get the old radio that we've been using for years. "Why won't she just
use the tv to listen to music?" Green asked. "Who knows. I bet she's getting her High
School Musical cd. She plays it way too often." I rolled my eyes. Leaf came running
down with the radio and plugged it into the outlet. "You know what's perfect about this
album?" She started. "What?" Green asked. "CAUSE WE'RE ALL IN THIS
TOGETHER!" She screamed. Dammit, it is High School Musical. I told myself that I
would break this cd, and I regret not doing it. "Before we start, we need aprons!" She
said as she walked over to the utility closet. "Aprons?" Green asked. "Leaf doesn't mess
around when she cooks." I explained. "Pick which one you want!" She said as she laid
them out on the table. "They're all girl aprons!" I yelled. "So? They're not that bad."
Lead smiled. "This one has ruffles!" I exclaimed. There's no way in hell that I'm gonna
wear this in front of Green. "It's either that one or the one with bows all over it." She
said with a shit eating grin. "I want this one." I pointed to the apron that was pink and
checker boarded. "Nope, that's mine." She said with a giggle before grabbing it. "You're
an evil woman!" I frowned. "I want this one." Green grabbed the apron with the bows
all over it. I'm starting to really hate Leaf. I feel like a woman way too often.

After hours of baking and decorating, we all crashed on the couch. At around eleven,
we heard Mom open the door. "Wow! There are so many desserts!" She exclaimed while
setting her purse down. "We're giving those to the orphanage in Viridian." I tiredly
explained. "That's so sweet of y'all to do!" She said while walking to the living room.
"Green likes to surprise the kids there." Leaf said, half asleep. "That is such a generous
thing to do, I'm proud of you all." She said with a smile. "Good night Mom." I said
quietly. "Good night you three." She said as she went into her room.

I woke up not knowing where I was. Oh yeah, we all passed out on the couch. I
laughed when I saw that Leaf's feet were in Green's face. I'm sure that he will just love
that when he wakes up. "Green, wake up." I said as a shook him. "Wh-what?" He said
groggily. "Ew! I hate feet!" He exclaimed while shoving Leaf's feet off the couch. "Hey!"
She exclaimed. "Sorry, your feet were in my face." Green explained. "They're just feet."
Leaf said. "When do y'all wanna go to the orphanage?" I asked, getting up from the sofa.
"How about at eleven?" Green suggested. "It's already eleven forty five." I said. "What?!
I never sleep in for that long!" Green exclaimed while getting up from the couch. "I'm
ready to go whenever you two are. I just gotta get dressed." Leaf said while going
upstairs. "I need to head home to get dressed and such. I'll be back in thirty minutes."
Green said. I nodded my head and Green kissed me on the forehead before he left.

"This is the orphanage?" Leaf asked. "Yep, I told y'all that it was really poor." Green
said with a frown. The building was in the outskirts of the city in the forest. It looked
abandoned with shutters missing and vines growing on the outside of it. "This place
looks old." I said. "It is old. I actually used to live here." Green added. "Wait, what?"
Leaf asked. "Right after our parents died, we were sent here. Our only living relative
was Gramps, well and his brother, but he was living in the Alola region with Uncle
Samson. It took him months to get custody over us and for him to move out here and
get his lab up and going. We lived here for about seven months and I like to visit
whenever I can. I want to show my thanks to Ms. Betty for taking me and my siblings
in." Green explained. "I didn't know that you went to an orphanage!" I exclaimed. "Poor
Greenie!" Leaf cried while hugging him. Green patted her back. "Let's go see the kids!"
He said while opening the doors.

"Green!" An old lady gasped. "Hi Ms. Betty! How have you been?" Green asked while
hugging her. "Oh I've been fantastic! Are you here to visit?" She asked. "I am! This is my
boyfriend Red and his sister Leaf, they wanted to come see the kids as well." Green
explained. "That is so thoughtful for you to do! I really appreciate it!" She said while
hugging Leaf and I. "We brought them treats as well!" Green said while handing her the
basket with the brownies. "Let's go put these in the kitchen! The kids will be thrilled!"
She said while ushering us into the kitchen. The house was average sized, and
desperately needed to be updated. It had that "old house" smell. The floors were worn
out and the paint was chipping on the doors. The kitchen had old appliances. "I'll go get
the children!" Ms. Betty said while walking out of the door. "Thank you so much for
doing this with me." Green smiled. "You're welcome!" Leaf exclaimed.

Ms. Betty came back with six, young kids. There were four boys and two girls. They
looked to be between the ages of six and nine. "Green!" One of the little girls said while
running to hug his legs. "Hi Mina!" Green said while hugging the girl back. "We missed
you!" The other girl said. "We brought you all some treats!" Green said while pointing to
the table with all of the delicious goodies were sitting. "Yay! We haven't anything this
good in a long time! Thank you Green!" The smallest boy said. "This is a Red and Leaf,
they helped make all of this for you!" Ms. Betty said. The kids thanked us and dug into
the baskets. It made me feel warm inside to see the smiles on those kid's faces. I really
admire Green for doing this to make them happy.
