Chapter 12: What a Pig

     Today is the day of the party that Green invited me to. I've been looking forward to it.
It will give me a chance to meet new people and to mostly see Green. Leafy is going with
Blue, Crystal, and Lyra. Green said that a girl named Sapphire is hosting the party is
really cool. He also told me that she throws parties often. I hope that Leaf doesn't get
black out drunk. I'm not gonna cover for her ass if she gets caught. I usually put her to
bed, but not this time, I'm kinda sick of it.

     I'm meeting Green at about seven to go to the party. I wanna look nice, but not too
nice. I'd like to dress casual at the same time. I tore apart my closet and searched
through every piece of clothing I own to find an outfit. Wait, why am I trying so hard?
Green's not gonna care what I wear. I'm just gonna wear track pants and a shirt. Sounds
good enough to me. I need a shower first. I walked over to the bathroom and saw that
Leaf was already in there. Damn, now I'll have to wait forever to take a five minute
shower. Then I'd have to wait for her friends to shower also. Well, I could use Mom's,
but she only has girl soaps and girl shampoo. I guess that I'll have to wait.

     I'm waiting downstairs for Leaf, Crystal, and Lyra to get done getting dressed and
putting on their makeup and shit. Green keeps sending me pictures of clothes he wants
to wear. He has mostly shown me Ralph Lauren or Nautica. I asked him why he's
dressing up so nice. Boys at high school parties don't care what they wear. I told him to
wear something casual. I thought it was cute when he said that he wants to look nice for
me. I only expect him to dress up for a date.

     The girls came down the stairs five minutes past seven. Great, were late. Leaf has on
a tight fitted pink dress with black heels, Crystal was wearing high waisted denim shorts
with a black tube top, and Lyra was wearing jeans with a white crop top. Why do girls
have to "dress up" for a party? They're just gonna get wasted. We walked outside and I
told Green to meet up with us. He came outside when I texted him that we're ready.

     "Hey Greenie! I'm excited for this party!" Leaf said excitedly. "You'll have a ton of
fun. Sapph throws great parties." Green explained. "Last year, one of the gym leaders
came! His name is Brock, and he flirted with every girl there. He's kind of a whore."
Lyra said. "But he's super dreamy!" Crystal stated. "What's a gym leader?" Leaf asked.
"Oh right, you're from Alola, we have eight gym leaders in Kanto. You beat them in a
Pokémon battle to challenge the Pokémon League to become the champion." Lyra
explained. Come on, Leaf. Even I knew what a gym leader is. She's not very bright.
"That sounds way cooler than what Alola has. You beat some person to get a ring but
you dance or something. It's really confusing." Leaf explained. It is kinda weird. I was
never really into it.

     We've just made it to this party. It's really crowded. The kitchen and living room is
packed. "Diamond, Gold, and Black are outside. Let's go see them." Green suggested.
The four of us followed him. The girls came with us because Crystal's boyfriend is one of
them. I didn't know that Green knew Black. "Hey babe, nice to see you finally." Gold
said to Crystal while drinking a beer. "Dammit Gold! I told you no more drinking!"
Crystal shouted while rushing inside. She must really have a problem with him drinking
and smoking. Lyra and Leaf looked at each other, and eventually went after her.
"Women right? I swear she has a stick up her ass. Won't let me do what I want." Gold
said as he swigged his beer. "Don't say that man, she's a nice girl." Diamond sternly
said. "Whatever. Besides, the one in pink has a nice ass." Gold said while elbowing
Black. What a fucking pig. "What did you say, Gold?" Blue said while putting a hand on
his shoulder. I didn't even notice Blue over here. He must have just came over. "Uh, uh,
nothing man. I should um, go apologize to Crys." Gold said while stumbling out of his
chair. "I don't know why she even stays with him." Green whispered to me. "Sorry about
what Gold said about your sister. He can't control himself sometimes." Blue said while
winking at me. Why the hell did he wink?! I'm getting sick of this. I nodded my head at
him, but I'm still pissed. "Do you wanna meet Sapphire?" Green asked. "Sure." I replied.
I noticed that Blue was staring at me the entire time he's been near me. I feel really
uncomfortable. Green took me by the hand and led me inside towards the sea of people.

     We pushed our way into a room at the front of the house. A girl with light brown hair
wearing white shorts and a blue brallette was standing with Ruby. "Hey Sapph, this is
Red, he's new here." Green explained. "Thanks for having me at this party." I said as I
shook her hand. "It's nice to meet you! Are you Green's boyfriend?" She asked. I nodded
my head. "That's awesome! You two are super cute! Have fun tonight!" She said
happily. "Bye Sapph, bye Ruby." Green said while waving. "I like her." I said to him.
"She's cool. She hangs out at my house sometimes when Ruby is over." He explained.
"Are they a couple?" I asked while sitting on the couch. "Oh no, Ruby is gay. He's
obsessed with this dude named Wally. They're just childhood friends." He explained. I
should have known that Ruby is gay. What other guy enjoys designing clothes?
