Chapter 18

Omniscient

  Thursday, January 22nd

Romeo searched and searched for information about Breaunna's whereabouts until someone finally came through with information.

He got a location on a mini trap house where the crips that possibly kidnapped Breaunna could be. He didn't know for sure if anyone would be there. All he knew was that he wanted his baby girl back in his arms, and he would do anything to get her back.

Either she was there with them, or they knew where she was. He was going to find out of course.

"Tell me where she's at and I'm gonna let you live. Don't tell me where she at and I'm gonna blow your brains out anyway bitch. So you better speak up." Romeo spoke with venom in his words to Antwan, the one in charge, and nephew of Breaunna's old teacher.

Romeo and his crew had already killed off everyone in the trap except for Antwan.

Romeo knew he had all the information. But even with a gun aimed at his head, he still would not tell where Breaunna's was.

"Man, I don't know where she is." Antwan said with attitude. "You got this gun to my head you might as well use it."

You think a nigga with a gun to his head would be scared for his life, but Antwan was being bold as hell and would not back down no matter what the situation was.

"You bold as hell. I swear to God you have five seconds to tell me where she is or your fucking brains about to be splattered all over this damn wall." Romeo yelled, shoving the gun further into his head.

Romeo was starting to get very impatient. He gave Antwan five seconds

On the last second, Antwan finally spoke up.

"Come on bruh, don't shoot me. My son needs me." Antwan pleaded for his life.

"You think I give a fuck about you or your kid?" Romeo asked laughing, "You either tell me where she is or I'll shoot."

"947 MLK BLVD son," Antwan finally said. "Now plea-"

No more talking had to be done.

Romeo shot Antwan three times in the head, making sure he was dead, after he gave up the address.

Romeo felt bad for taking Antwan's life because of his son. But then again, that's what Antwan signed up for when he decided to join a gang.

Romeo wasted no time speeding to the house where Breaunna was being held hostage.

Him, Terrell, his friend JuJu and B, all pulled up at the house. They hopped out the vehicle, grabbed their loaded guns and headed to the door.

Romeo crept up the porch and slowly turned the knob. Sure enough, the door opened.

Dumb fucks, Romeo thought to himself. He thought it was crazy that someone in this house was being held captive and the motherfuckers left the door unlocked.

How sway?

Romeo looked over his shoulder at his friends and held his finger to his lips, signaling them to be extra quiet.

The living room was clear, and from the looks of it, no one was here. Romeo didn't remember if he saw a car in the driveway or not.

Everyone split ways to search the house. As Romeo crept down the long hallway, he could hear the faint cries of a female.

That had to be Breaunna.

He walked up to the door, hearing her ask whoever it was in there to stop doing whatever he was doing.

Romeo still had no idea who else was behind this, but he had an idea.

He turned the knob slowly and saw Breaunna's teacher on top of her, taking advantage of her.

He instantly got angry.

Romeo took his gun from his waistband and shot him in the back. He started to walk into the room to comfort Bre, but was stopped.

Someone else who was in the back of the house must have heard the gunshot came out and started shooting at Romeo.

Before Romeo could shoot back, the dude was already dropping dead, thanks to Terrell.

Romeo walked over to Breaunna who finally got the strength to push Devin off of her.

She felt so disgusted. She was naked, covered in sweat, and a little of Devin's blood.

She was ashamed to be like that in front of Romeo.

But Romeo didn't care. He knew it wasn't her fault.

He took the sheet of the bed and wiped the blood off of her. Then he took off his shirt and placed in her so she wouldn't be naked anymore.

No words were exchanged between the two, but somehow it was very comforting just being near each other again.

"Baby.." Breaunna started to say but Romeo cut her off.

"Shh... Just let me take care of you. I got you baby girl."
