xx - Oppa, I know where you are. I'm coming to find you.

I frowned.

taetae - who is this?

xx - you'll see. i'm coming over rn

taetae - what are you talking about? who are you?

I tried calling the number. I needed to at least-- hear the voice.

But they didn't pick up.

The phone was turned off.

They're coming over?

Who?

Jangmi's POV

I heard the pebbles scatter about on the sidewalk while I kicked the ground.

He doesn't like me? No WAY!

There wasn't a SINGLE boy in our school that DIDN'T have a crush on me.

It just wasn't possible!

"That cocky bastard!"

Wait, why am I upset? It's not like I like him.

"YEAH KIM JANGMI, YOU DON'T LIKE HIM. AND YOU NEVER WILL."

I laughed a little too triumphantly as I walked up the stairs to my house.

When I approached the doors, I saw a girl with short dyed-strawberry-blond hair and tinted sunglasses. She had a burgundy suitcase next to her.

"Who are you?"

The girl turned. She took off her sunglasses. She had unusually dark blue eyes.

Are they natural? Oh wait, contact lenses. Riiiiight.

"Annyeong! My name is Kim Nari. Do you live here?"

This "Kim Nari" looked to be about my age, maybe younger. She had big sparkling eyes and a button nose.

"Uh...yeah. Um...do I know you?"

I frowned.

"Oh yeah, um do you know Kim Taehyung? I kinda need to see him."

I frowned harder.

"Why? Are you his girlfriend?" I scoffed.

The girl started to laugh.

"No! You're really funny. I'm his sister!"

My jaw dropped.

She's Taehyung's sister?
