Hey happy Friday hope it's good! Also try to imagine that the picture above is you and Shawn!!!!

Shawn and I were in our way to Japan. Shawn asked me to tag along since I was off from university for winter break. I've always been a little afraid of flying. I've traveled all around the east coast of the United States and even traveled around Canada. Short airplane rides are fine I can deal with but going from Los Angelos to Tokyo Japan is a long flight it's 14 hours. Shawn and I haven flown places before together but never this far.
"Flight 136 to Tokyo Japan is now boarding" after I hear that my knee starts to shake more and I finally see Shawn come back from the bathroom "hey honey you okay?" He says grabbing my face and bends down and gets eye level with me. I nod and he takes my hands
"Honey why are you so cold?" I just shrug "don't know guess it's just cold in here" we get our carry ons and go to the flight attendant for them to take our tickets
"Hello miss, hope you have a good flight"  she says with the biggest smile on her face. I just nod and start to walk with Andrew and Geoff in the tunnel.
Quickly Shawn comes from behind me and grabs my waist and kisses my temple "hey I love you. You excited?" I nod and we continue down the tunnel and to the plane
"Hello welcome to our straight flight to Tokyo Japan! Please find your seats."  I just look at the flight attendant and walk towards the back of the plane to find my seat. Shawn is right behind me holding my waist. I walk a little too far and Shawn pulls me back
"Here love. Window or aisle." I just shrug and go in first we get in our seats, I take out my phone and headphones and I start to get ready for the plane to take off.
I start shaking again and this time Shawn notices
"Hey love what's wrong? Come on tell me." I look up at him and let out a sigh
"I'm scared. Yes I know we've traveled with each other before but this is different" I start to cry a little and Shawn takes a hold of me tightly and rubs my back
"Shhh baby it's okay. Shhhh hey why did you say yes if you were scared?" I shrug "cause I wanted to go, especially with you" he smiles at me and kisses my head and rubs my back more.
Shawn stands up and gets more comfortable. And lifts his arm up signaling me to come over.
I swiftly move over and he hugs me tightly
"Hey it's going to be okay. Trust me" he says kissing my head. I start to shake again and he smoothly grabs my legs and puts them on his legs so he's somewhat carrying me but not really. (Picture above, just with your legs on Shawn's legs) He moves the arm rest between the both of us
"Maybe I should have moved that before" I let out a chuckle and we both sit there and cuddle on the plane.
"Hi um you have to sit up right for take off. Sorry" the flight attendant lady said and my face shoots up and looks at Shawn with puppy dog eyes
"Hey I'm right here I'm not leaving. I promise. Here give me your hand." I take my small hands in his and he squeezes my hand "squeeze when your scared. I squeeze automatically
"See good job." I look at him and kiss him sweetly.
We start to take off and I start to squeeze Shawn's hand more tightly. And he squeezes my hand back to reassure me that it is going to be okay.
Take off wasn't so bad. I held Shawn's hand the whole time and he probably thought he was going to lose it. After we were in the air Shawn reaches over and closes the window so I won't freak out seeing the sky.
"Come here. We're getting comfy again. Yes for your sake but also for mine. I need you close to me" I let out a chuckle and I don't hesitate I get in his arms and we slowly fall asleep.
10 hours later
I'm woken up to a small shake and Shawn whispering in my ear "hey honey you need to wake up. They are making us" I groan and Shawn kisses my head.
About 5 minutes later I slowly wake up and put my glasses back on and Shawn is looking at me
"What?! What's wrong?" He shakes his head
"Hey sleepy head. Look at Instagram Andrew has a surprise" I roll my eyes and get my phone. I take it off airplane mode and go straight to Instagram.
I go to my tagged photos and see a picture of me and Shawn in our comfy position with the caption "these sleepy heads look very comfy" I smiled at the post and decide to repost it
"Hey I reposted it too." He lets out a chuckle and I continue with my task.
"Yes it was very comfy" I tag Shawn and press share. I guess you can say that long plane rides aren't so bad, I mean you have to have a Shawn with you though.
