Chapter 10 "Crush"

*the next week*

*Kelsey's POV*

Tomorrow Jake is going back to Australia but he's coming back if I make it to the finals.

Today is week 1 who ever makes it to week to will be moving into the X factor contestants house!

It is 12:30pm the show is at 6:30 so we have some time to practise.

This week our group leader aka Cheryl will be choosing a sing for each one of us.

I'm going to be singing Party in the USA by Miley Cyrus.

Cher's voice has gotten a lot better so she will do great this week.

Cher: "I'm so nervous what if I screw up again"she panicked

K: "don't worry Cher you'll do fantastic I swear!"

Cher: "thanks so how you feeling?"

K: "a bit nervous but mostly excited just think positive and have fun"

Cher: "I'll try"

K: "while your singing just think in your head like 'fuck this' and just don't give any flying fucks about what will happen after your performance"I smiled

Cher: "you know what I'll give it a shot thank you Kels!"she gave me a big hug and went to go rehearse

H: "that was some good advise you gave to Cher"he said from behind me

K: "hey Hazza"

H: "I really need a creative nickname for you"he laughed

K: "yeah you do"

H: "how about pretzel?"

K: "pretzel?"

H: "yeah 'cause your like a human pretzel and you love soft pretzels"

K: "you mean when I do this?"I asked doing a bow and arrow

H: "yup like that"

K: "but your right I do love me some pretzels"I said in my best country voice

Harry laughed at my attempt.

K: "I have sound check now so I'll see you in a bit, yeah?"

He nodded and waved as I walked away.

*show time*

I'm up in about 5 minutes.

My outfit was a 'you can't sit with us' tank top, white destroyed high waisted shorts, a knit cardigan, and black high top sneakers with gold studs on them.

My hair was in beachy waves and my makeup was a little bit of a light eyeshadow, mascara and a semi nude lip colour.

Chris: "please welcome Kelsey Daniels"

I waved to the audience as they cheered I noticed Aunt Maddie and Jake giving me a thumbs up.

"I hopped off the plane at L.A.X.
