Chapter 7 "This Cannot Be Happening"

*Kelsey's POV*

Today I'm going to the judges house! I'm so excited yet nervous.

My OOTD is a infinity love high low singlet, maroon/burgundy red skinny jeans and studded black combat boots.

I decided to put my hair up in a top knot and applied some eyeliner and mascara.

Aunt Maddie: "okay since I can't stay with you at the judges house then I'll drive you"she smiled

K: "where's Jake?"

Aunt Maddie: "he's asleep but he says he wishes you luck"

I nodded and we drove off.

*at the house*

Aunt Maddie: "text me when you wanna go home, yeah?"

K: "alright. Bye!"I waved as she drove off

I walked into the house and greeted the boys.

K: "hey guys"

Z: "oh um Kels this is Cher and Katie"

K: "ello"I smiled

Cher: "hi"she said in a dry voice

K: "are you alright Cher?"

Katie: "she has a really bad sore throat"

K: "oh my gosh I am so sorry I hope you feel better"

Cher smiled and nodded as a thank you.

Liam: "I'm so nervous"

N: "Liam your shaking" he laughed

Liam: "I know that's how it shows when I'm really nervous"

K: "I honestly hope I get through"

Cher: "same"

Z: "me 2"

Katie: "me 3"

H: "me 4"

Louis: "me 5"

N: "me 6"

Liam: "me 7"

..: "me 8"a voice said behind me making me jump.

K: "oh my god you almost gave me a heart attack, Wagner is it?"I breathed

W: "yes and you must me Kelsey?"

I nodded.

He smiled and just walked away.

Katie: "that was weird"

We all laughed.

Then the host Chris walked into the room.

Chris: "we are going to be starting with Cheryl's group Kelsey your up"

I followed him out side the door.

Chris: "are you ready?"

K: "yes"

Chris: "good luck"

I walked into the room and greeted Cheryl and Will.i.am.

Cheryl: "afternoon Kelsey what will you be singing for us today?"

K: "I'm going to be singing Cry by Rihanna"

They nodded.

I smiled back and walked out the door.

I let out a sigh.

Chris: "you did great"

K: "thank you"I gave him a hug

K: "I just hope I didn't let them and my mum down"

He gave me a sweet smile and I walked back to the others.

Chris: "Katie your up"

She sighed and got up to follow Chris.

Louis: "so how did it go?"

K: "I guess it was good I'm just really scared"

Z: "I bet you did amazing"

K: "thanks"I blushed

K: "what are you guys singing?"

H: "we are singing Torn"

K: "I might just sneak behind a tree and listen to you boys"

They laughed.

K: "I bet you sound brilliant together"

Liam: "I believe we do"

K: "what's your band name?"

They looked at each other and back at me.

Boys: "One Direction" they said in unison

I nodded my head approving their band name.

Then Katie came back.

Chris: "Cher?"

She nodded and followed him.

K: "good luck"I mouthed to her

Cher: "thank you"she mouthed back

*a few minutes later*

Cher came back with tears streaming down her face.

We all got up and hugged her.

Cher: "it was horrible"she sobbed

Katie: "shhhh you did your best and that's what matters"

N: "we love you Cher"

She laughed and gave Niall a big hug.

*1 hour later*

Chris: "One Direction?"

They got up and went out side to meet with Simon.

A few minutes later the boys came back.

I hugged them.

K: "I didn't get to sneak in to watch you perform but hopefully I will next week"I winked

They laughed and shook their heads.

Chris: "can Cheryl's group go see Cheryl?"

We followed him into the room.

Cheryl: "Kelsey,Rebecca,Katie and Cher"she began

We looked at her with hopeful eyes.

Cheryl: "congratulations your through to week 1 and Treyc I'm sorry but you are not put through"

We all gave Treyc a big hug then ran to Cheryl and hugged her.

Cher: "your joking right?"she sobbed

Cheryl: "no I'm not"she laughed

We then gave Will.i.am a hug.

Will.i.am: "don't let us down girls"

All: "we won't"we said in unison

We all left the room and screamed making everyone jump.

K: "we're through!!"I jumped and hugged the boys

Z: "I'm proud"he smiled and kissed my cheek

I felt myself go red.

Then Treyc left to go home I feel bad for her she was really good.

After Louis' group was called they got up and walked over to one of the rooms.

Once they came back John was the only one that was crying I'm guessing he wasn't put through. He was a really nice guy and he was absolutely amazing I don't get why he wasn't joining us for next week.

Chris: "Simon's group. Please go join Simon outside"he smiled

They got up and walked outside.

*Zayn's POV*

We walked outside with Belle amie.

We all looked at Simon with hope in our eyes.

Simon: "One Direction congrats you are joining us in week 1"

The girls started crying we hugged them but they just glared at us and they walked away.

Rude.

Once they left we started cheering and hugged Simon.

Simon: "don't let me down boys"

All: "we won't"we said in harmony and walked back inside

We ran to Kelsey, Cher and Katie.

H: "we're through!!!"

They got up and hugged us.

Z: "looks like we have to practise real hard to impress you"I winked at Kelsey

K: "I expect to be impressed!"

N: "we don't need to practise we are already amazing!"he joked

K: "oh don't be so cocky"she laughed

Her laugh is so cute. Wait a second. Do I like Kelsey?
