Chapter 16: Good Night..

"Ryan would you please just- just listen to me!?" I shouted loudly, my eyes burning. Ryan's face was slowly turning saphire red, his blonde hair seeming unnaturally dishevelled and his blue eyes seeming as dark as coal. His fists were balled up at his sides, and the louder he yelled the stronger he clenched. "Ryan please!"

"Don't you fucking dare 'Ryan please!' me right now Adalaid. You fucking slept with him!" Ryan bellowed making Aiden cry as he stood up in his crib on the other side of the room. I looked down ashamed as I tried my best to push the night to the back of my mind. I squeezed my eyes shut as Ryan walked closer to me, his face so close to mine I could feel him breathing through his nostrils. "Are you fucking serious right now? 2 years, I haven't pressured you or anything! Yet your willing to fuck him simply because he asked you to. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?"

"I.... Ryan I'm sorry! I know this changes things for you." I sighed quietly as I opened my eyes. My heart beat excelerating as Ryan began to back me into a corner, my lungs felt dry inside my chest and my ears were ringing as Aiden's cries turned to screeches. "It just- It hurt so bad, it was like... He offered a deal. It was the only way to make it stop."

"You made a fucking deal to have sex with him Adalaid, you kow what the fuck that's called in legal terms?" Ryan snapped colliding his fist with the wall only a inch or so away from my head. He didn't even wince. I bit my tongue as a bit of panic began to crawl through my veins, his eyes now locked on mine as he stared me down. "PROSTITUTION! I'm fucking engaged to a fucking WHORE!"

"I'm not a whore!" I shouted back, my body shaking as I tried my best to keep my wolf from attacking Ryan. I knew in my heart and mind I deserved the harsh words, but the sound of them coming from his mouth hurt deeply. "I made a mistake okay? I'm sorry."

"No Adalaid, you are a fucking mistake." Ryan sneered shoving me into the wall hard. A small growl seeped through my lips as I tried to pretend it didn't hurt at all. His eyes flickered as he let his head fall to gaze the floor, his hair acting like a curtain while Aiden began to wail even louder, shaking the sides of his crib violently. "This whole thing was just one big ass mistake after the other. I should've never believed a damn thing that came out of your fucking mouth."

"What if it had been you mate!?" I yelled back as I rubbed my back lightly, pulling myself up to my feet. I couldn't help but wince as the volume of Aiden's cries increased tremendously. "He could've gotten hurt by the block Ryan. I wanted him to hurt at the beginning but when he showed up there more worried about my fucking pain then his own... I couldn't do that to him. He didn't deserve that! I didn't realize it until then, but he really didn't deserve a lot of the bullshit I've been doing!"

"He raped you twice and you still chose to lay in a bed with him, let him degrade you all over again." Ryan frowned as he yanked me toward him roughly by the forearm. He gripped me tightly causing me to yelp louder then I intended. "How the fuck could you do this to me? I don't give a damn about Eric's pain, as far as I'm concerned he could die right now and I would probably smile at the fucking news."

"Stop it!" I yelled as his grip tightened even more. Aiden began to shake as his tiny face turned red, his wailing occuring even louder in between his hiccups. "Ryan please stop, I'm so sorry. I am so so sorry! Aiden's watching, please don't do this in front of him."

"Fine." Ryan frowned throwing me away from him causing my body to hit the floor as he rushed from the room. I slowly pulled myself up and walked over to to Aiden, picking him up slowly. I laid his head onto my shoulder, rubbing his back lightly as I sat on the bed listening as his loud cries turned into quiet whimpers. I couldn't help but wonder if Ryan was going back to the house, and if my family were still out. My mom and dad were on a date, Uncle Blake and Jason were at their own home, Cassidy was job hunting, and me... I'd invited Ryan over to tell him the truth of what happened a week ago.
