Nori's pov.

"Happy birthday darling!" My dad said and hugged me. His hug was warm and full of love. His short
dark-green hair was like mine. It was shining in the sun light that was shining throught the window. He looked at me with his blue eyes that reminded me of the sea. A smile on his face made him look so happy that I wanted to hug him even more.

"Thanks dad!" I said and smiled. It's my 17'th birthday. Almost all these years I have been training magic with my dad. He took care of me in this small house on the edge of a forest. We lived a peaceful life and the village close to our house was nice too. I had few friends there and also worked there in a small hospital.

"You know. You should start looking for a husband." Dad said and I looked at him. 'What is he thinking?! Like hell I'm gonna get a man!! I'm still too young for that!!'

"Dad! I'm not getting married! Why do you even want me to get married!?" I asked him and he turned to look outside the window. He had a serious look on his face. He looked sad.

"Dad?" I asked worried about him.

"Listen to me darling." He said sadly. I was getting more worried about him.

"There will be a time when I wont be around anymore. I want you to have somebody that takes care of you, loves you and makes you happy." He said and I was worried about him. 'What does he mean by that?! He is not that old?! I mean he is in good heath and everything?! Could he be sick or something?!' My dad looked like he was about to tell me what was wrong.

"Dad is everything okay?" I asked and placed my right hand on his shoulder. He placed his hand on top of mine and gave it a light squeeze. He looked down and closed his eyes. I was sure something was wrong with him. He looked at me.

"The thing is..." He said and I got ready to know what was wrong with him.

"I want grandkids." He said and smiled. 'What!!?' He looked at my face and placed his hand on his mouth. He was holding his laugh. I can say that my eyes were widen and my mouth open. My face was red and hands were shaking out of anger and shock. He started laughing like crazy.

"Da~aad" I said and he looked at me. I almost jumped towards him. We fell to the floor and he kept on laughing.

"SHUT UP!! I WAS SCARED THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH YOU!! YOU AND YOUR STUPID PRANKS!!" I shoted and he suddenly hugged me. He stopped laughing and looked at me.

"You fell right into the trap. But the thing about wanting grandkids was true. Although you don't need to rush it. Still your face was worth it" He said and laughed again. I looked at him and laughed with him. After a while we got up from the floor and I ate breakfast. I took my staff that had a big orange crystal on the top. It's called Fujin Kessho. I got it from my
Dad when I was ten. I walked out of the house and towards the village. There were almost always bandits around the village and out house. My dad and me made a barrier around them six years ago when they arriwed. I was used to fight with them, because the road I take to work is usually filled with them. This time there were none. *Boom!!!* I heard an exploseon comming from the forest. My instincts told me to go there and I followed them always. I started to run towards it and soon arriwed to see about 40 bandits surrounding an carriage. It looked like smoke was comming out of it.

"Hey!! Stay away from that carrage!!" I shouted and the bandits turned to look at me. Their scared faces and dirty clothes made me fell disgusted.

"Kill the girl and take the prince!" One of the men shouted. 'He must be the leader. And what does he mean by the prince?' Some of the men ran towards me. I mumbled some words to myself and jumped high in the air. The men looked supriced. I smiled and landed on top of the carriage.

"WIND WAVE!!" I shouted and a strong wind hit the men infront of me. Their chests were bleeding and many were coughing up blood. I just smiled and laughed a little. The men left looked terrified.

"It's her!!" One of the men shouted in fear and I turned to look at them.

"It's the witch!!" He continued and the men started to back away. I looked at them with an insane look and laughed a little before making the gravity above them way too much for a human body to survive it. After few minutes of calming down I started to look if there were any one alive inside the carriage. I saw four people inside and one outside. The horses were okay and the man outside looked just fine. I startet to drag the people out of the carrage. There were four woman inside. 'Wasn't one of them supposed to be a prince?' I looked at the four and then took a closer look at the one with pink hair. I realized soon after that this pink haired cutie was a boy. I was kinda shocked, but then looked at him. His face was pale and cheeks looked a little purple. His face started turning blue. 'Shit!! He can't breath!!' I rushed over to him and tried to examine what was wrong with him. 'His throat is swollen!! Shit his lungs and heart might stop working any secound!! The smoke must of been some kind of a poison.' I looked at the women and realized they were wakeing up so was the driver.

"Master Kouha!!" One of the women shouted and looked worried. I ripped his shirt off and took a knife out that I had with me. I need to get him to breath. I cut my hand with the knife and let the blood run. It was covering his throat. I laid my hands oh his chest and the blood started to move. It was being sucked into his body. It was inside now inside him.

"Blood purifying!" I said and his throat and chest sarted to glow.

"W-Wh-What are you doing to Master Kouha!?" One of the women asked. I didn't say anything. His body and my body were being tested right now. If I fail doing this, he will die for sure. I kept on cleaning his blood and about 15 minutes later I felt that his blood is clean. I took my knife and cut his arm. The blood that I gave him was coming out of the wound. It was now dark purple and looked thick. When I saw his red blood starting to flow out. I used healing magic to heal the wound. I felt dizzy and saw that I forgot to heal my own would. I ripped a piece of fabric from a random roll of it that was laying on the ground. I looked at the boy. His face had a more normal color and he was breathing normaly. I fell on the ground and the three women rushed beside the boy. The driver helped me up.

"Who are you!? And what was wrong with Master Kouha!?" Two of them asked. I looked at them and smiled.

"My names Nori, I'm a magician. It seem he was poisoned. His throat was swollen so bad that he couldn't breath anymore. So do you want to tell me who he really is?" I told them. They were looking at me kinda worried, but at the sametime confused.

"He is the 3'rd prince of the Kou Empire, Ren Kouha." The woman with bandages wrapped around her waist said and smiled. 'So this one is the prince they wanted to take? I thought he would be stronger.'

"If you wouldn't mind it. I would like to bring him to the hospital in a village close by. It's not save to be here." I said an looked around. The women and the driver looked around to see a pool of blood in a circle around the carriage.

"That sounds like the best thing to do." One of the women said and I smiled. I helped them to the village. Some men from the village helped to carry the prince into the hospital. I sat beside him and started to wait for him to wake up.
