Naruto vs Haku

Naruto charged at Haku, using his greater speed and strength to close the gap in an instant, only for Haku to throw a handful of needles at Naruto.

The needles hit Naruto, but his red chakra vanished and his eyes turned blue.

"That dark chakra would've let you beat me easily, luckily I've seen you do it before and had a chance to consult medical scrolls to find out exactly where your chakra points are." Haku blurred around Naruto and kicked his legs out from under him and punching him into the ground. "You rely on that power so much that you don't have any power on your own. I believe this may be the reason you lost your precious person."

Naruto's eyes widened like he'd taken an ice cold knife to the gut. He looked up at Haku in shock. "W-what?"

"Your precious person died, because you're a weakling." Haku gripped Naruto by the throat and lifted him up. "And now you'll die if you can't beat me, your team will die, and even the client will die"

Naruto's body went limp from shock, angering Haku, who punched him with his free hand. The punch made the last Uzumaki see stars but he retained consciousness. "You're right... til now I've been relying solely on Kurama for power..." Then he brought his legs up as high as he could and planted them into Haku's chest, making him stumble back.

Naruto wasn't done though and hurled three shuriken with speeds that made Haku nervous.

Haku deflected the shuriken with a needle but took a shallow cut on his mask. Then he began going through handsigns. "Ice style: crystal ice mirrors." Large slabs of ice surrounded Naruto on all sides and a bead of sweat rolled down his cheek despite the cold.

"So this is your trump card? Making it cold and showing me a bunch of mirrors?" Naruto grit his teeth as a Haku appeared in each mirror each brandishing a needle.

Naruto smirked and created a pair of shadow clones. "I guess I'll show you mine."

The area flashed with a white light, destroying the clones and hitting Naruto a few times with needles.

Naruto released a shaky, pain filled, breath. Then he did a couple of hand signs. "Wind style:Air Canon!" A blast of super compressed air shot from his right palm and hit a mirror, cracking it slightly but the cracks were fixed in seconds. "Guess that won't work, eh?" He was blasted back as he tried to charge the closest mirror, several needles sticking from his chest. "Shit."

Haku initiated his attack again. For him everything slowed so much that Naruto appeared to be not moving at all, and he threw a pair of needles into Naruto's leg, where the knee is.

Knowing that he was hurting Naruto, who grew up being hurt, made Haku thankful for his mask as it meant Naruto couldn't see his tears.

Naruto rolled roughly but landed on his feet, breathing heavily. "I'll... kill you!" A look formed in the young blondes eyes that made Haku smile sadly beneath his mask.

Naruto held his right hand out with his palm up and gathered chakra, shaping it with his left hand. Haku charged again, only this time he'd toned his speed down on purpose and poised a needle to stab Naruto. 'I'm sorry, Zabuza-sama... but I want Naruto to win...'

Naruto reared back the spinning ball of blue chakra and pushed it forward, right into Haku's chest. "Rasengan!!!"

For a fraction of a second the attack held together, just grinding against Haku. Then there was a deafening explosion of chakra and force that shattered all the mirrors simultaneously and sent Haku flying over the bridge. Naruto dropped to his knees and promptly fainted, having poured too much chakra into the rasengan.

Sakura and the old Bridge builder made there way to Naruto and Sakura meticulously began plucking needles out, hoping not to hurt the blonde jinchuriki.

Kakashi stared Zabuza in the eyes. His ninja hounds holding onto him painfully and lightning crackled in his right palm. "Any last words, Zabuza Momochi?"

Zabuza glared before answering. "Dying at the hands of the Legendary Copy Ninja, there's worse ways to go. See you in hell, Hatake."

Kakashi punched a hole clean through Zabuza with the piercing quality of his raikiri. Zabuza grunted in pain as someone began laughing. "Seems he was just a baby demon after all!"

"K-Kakashi... give me a moment... I need to see this, that's Gato..." His breathing was ragged but he released the fog jutsu, revealing a hundred mercenaries at the end of the bridge, with a man in a suit at the front.

The man sneered. "I got to thinking. Why pay you, when I could have these men kill you while you're tired for half the money I'd have paid you with? So I'm terminating our contract, Zabuza."

The ninja hounds vanished in a poof of smoke and Kakashi steadied him by putting a hand on his shoulder. "Hatake... give me a kunai."

Sasuke leaped away from Suigetsu, whom he'd hit with enough lightning to knock out and landed beside Zabuza.

Zabuza looked at him and smirked. "You're one of two people to beat me, Kakashi did it today and he's nearly drained of chakra, you were more powerful at that moment than I've ever been. What's your name?"

"Sasuke Uchiha." Sasuke answered.

"I also see you left Suigetsu alive... why?" Zabuza began walking.

Sasuke looked down. "I dont think he deserves to die. I don't wanna belive you do either, you can be redeemed if you come back with us!"

"There's no redemption for me. Goodbye Sasuke Uchiha, become strong so I don't get heckled in hell for losing to a genin." Then he allowed Kakashi to put the kunai in his mouth and he charged the mercenaries.

Zabuza's limp arms swing around and flinging blood into the eyes of the mercenaries while he bent at strange angles and killed the mercenaries with the kunai, carving a bloody gore filled path to Gato.

Gato panicked and tried to run, only for Zabuza to jump high and bring the kunai into Gato's skull, effectively killing him. The mercenaries used that moment to impale the Demon of the Bloody Mist from all sides with their weapons, making Zabuza smile as he died.
