Zoe's pov

"Babe, you'll look cute in anything," Calum sighs, getting tired of following me around, while I looked for nice clothes in the mall.

"Calum, that's a lie," I pull a jacket off the rack and wear it over my clothes to see how it looks.

"I'm not lying! Plus, you have like a million clothes in your closet," he rolls his eyes.

"I need more!" I tell him.

"Shoe Palace should fire you. You've been working too much, and earning too much money, so you think you can buy so many things," he complains.

"Oh so maybe I shouldn't get you anything, while we're here, right? Since I'm spending too much," I mess around.

"No no! Please continue. However, it's just meeting my parents, they're not going to care about what you wear. Actually, how would I know?"

I ignore his comment and continue looking.

I ended up buying a blue jumpsuit, a beige bodysuit, a black blouse with white floral print, white, ripped, jeans, a navy blue shirt, that had holes in a couple spots, and a teal, Diamond™, windbreaker.

I decide to give into Calum's request to get Panda Express.

"Are you nervous about meeting your parents?" I ask Calum, while stuffing a spoonful of fried rice in my mouth.

"Not really. I mean, I don't know what's going to go down, but I'm a big boy. I can handle it," he tells me.

"I'm nervous," I laugh.

"Why?"

"What if they don't like me?"

"Who cares? I don't even consider them my real parents; why would I consider their opinion. Plus, everyone loves you, Zoe. You're too sweet for your own good."

I smile, and grab his hand, "Hopefully, everything turns it good."

We reach the apartment and see suitcases lined up near the door.

Lexi's, Michael's, and Luke's family were leaving. Nobody was really sad about it because we would see them around Christmas, which wasn't too far.

"Ah, Zoe. Thank you so much for letting us stay," Liz hugs me.

Jack, Ben, and Andy, continue to hug and thank me.

Then, Karen comes up to me and hugs me tight, "Thank you for everything. You're so amazing. That college is stupid for not accepting you."

Daryl agrees and hugs me goodbye, as well.

Then, Lexi's family approached me. Her siblings tell me how much they miss me and how much fun they had here. While, her mom hugs me, thanks me, tells me to look after Lexi and myself, and to call her if I need anything.

I sigh, as I close the door, after the families pile up in different cars.

"That's a shitload off of your shoulders," Calum chuckles.

I nod, "They were still lovely, though."

"I have a surprise for you," Calum smirks.

I look at him, confused, but he sits me down on the couch.

Then, Michael walks in with a guitar, Calum with a bass ( I don't know where the hell he got it from), Ashton with drums, and Luke empty handed.

I had an idea of what was going on. Luke sits Lexi beside me, and Bryana and Mali join.

They all stare at us with grins, before Luke says, "We decided to unite, and create a couple songs, but we'll only sing one."

"This is called Waste the Night," Calum smiles at me.

They start playing their instruments and Luke starts, "Taste in your tongue. Smoke in your lungs. And I need your love. And I need your love..."

They all continue at the chorus, "I don't wanna waste it, don't wanna waste it. I don't wanna waste it, don't wanna waste the night."

Then, Calum comes in, "The scratch in your voice, Leaves me no choice. And I won't give up and I can't give up."

They continued with the chorus and finished up the song.

It was pretty beautiful. It was cliché, but beautiful.

Mali, Bryana, Lexi, and I clap and the boys take a bow.

I walk over to Calum, "That was beautiful, babe."

He kisses me, "Just like you."

"Get a room," Ashton throws his drum stick at us.

We laugh and Michael asks, "What should we name our band?"

"4 bitches," Lexi laughs.

"Woah. That's harsh," Luke says.

"Summer, spring, winter, and fall," Ashton jokes.

Calum jumps, "5 seconds of summer?"
