Chanmi's POV

Got to admit , these days .. I'm pretty mean to Jaemin . Not only today .

The last couple of days , he tried to approached me but i pushed him away . I didn't want him to get hurt . I'm not as popular as him so people hate on him for having bad taste . I'm not that ugly okay ?

" Unnie get out of the room ! " Hyunji tried to pull me out of the room . " I'm lazy . " She sighed , " How are you going to continue to be an idol if your this lazy ? " I chuckled , " Using power . " I winked .

" Unnie , your so childish . " She said while doing the facepalm action . " But you love me . " She sighed . She suddenly brightened up , " Im going to get Jaemin oppa here . Wait ! " I flinched , I immediately stood up .

" I'm up ! " She laughed , " Alright get ready . We are going to have our next schedule . " I nod and went to get ready . I got scared of my own appearance cause i looked like a mess .

I quickly apply make up on , Make up solves everything but not my heart break . I smiled in the mirror after applying , " Good as new . "

Our next schedule is an interview at some random place . " So ehem , Tell me . Any of you guys are currently dating ? " We shook our head , He sighed . " I thought i would get something out of you guys today ! " All of us laughed .

" Well then who are your eye candies ? " He asked us one by one . " Chanmi ? " Jihyun nudged me . I didn't know what i was doing , " Jaemin . " Jihyun nudged me hard , " Woah ! Jaemin ? Isn't he from SM too ? " I got nervous , " What's eye candy by the way ? "

" The person your attracted to but you don't like them . " I nod , " Then i have no eye candy . " He laughed , " What about Jaemin ? " I laughed , " I thought Eyecandy meant his in love with candies . " Everyone laughed .

After that interview , i facepalm myself so hard . Why am i so careless ?

" Chanmi , you okay ? " Nayeon asked , I nod . She gave me a worried look , " Look i know your really stressed out with whatever your facing now . So if your not okay just let everything out . We might not be your sisters by blood , but we are sisters by heart okay ? " I nod and smiled , " Thank you . "

We went for our next schedule , but the problem is , it's Music bank which meant i would meet Jaemin !

" Jihyun , I'm scared . " She smiled at me , " Look , We will be here for you okay ? Don't be scared . I'll protect you from Jaemin okay ? " I nod and she pat my head .

" Somi-ah , My heart hurts ! " I heard Jaemin doing his job as a MC . " Why ? " Somj asked , " I got dumped ! " I flinched , is that for real ?!

" It's okay , i'll always be here for you ! " And they hugged , and my heart broke . " Forget about Jaemin , Forget about Jaemin . " Suddenly Hyunji sat beside me , " Unnie , I'll fight Jaemin oppa if i have to . " I smiled and hugged her .

" Please go out now , it's time to perform . " The lady called us out and we went on stage to perform .

I sang my part and i saw Jaemin at the side . I tried to ignore but i can't , luckily i went through my part properly but the problem is , i'm the main vocalist so i still have many lines .

I survived it .

Jaemin's POV

I Saw Chanmi performed and we made eye contact . I felt my heart beating out of my chest but i can't do anything about it .

I have to forget her .

After Music Bank ended , I went backstage and unfortunately i melt Chanmi . I wanted to hug her so bad , i wanted to just have her in my right embrace but i can't .

" Hey , " I said , " Hey . " She smiled , but it's a fake smile . " I'm sorry for everything that i did through this past year that hurt you . " She smiled , " It's okay , the past is in the past . " I suddenly remembered the interview yesterday .

I laughed , " Yesterday interview .. " Her face gradually became redder , " You watched it ? " She used to phone to cover her face , I nod . " I'm your eye candy ? " I smirked , She shook her head , " I didn't know what is eye candy . "

" Really ? Cause i remembered that you told me about eye candy though . " She blushed even harder , " I mean .. " I patted her head , " I miss you , Lee chanmi . " She smiled , " Miss me too ! " She laughed and i laughed along .

" Even though we are not dating anymore , Let's be friends too , okay ? " friends . I didn't want to stay as friends , i want to stay as soulmate . I nod , and smiled . " How are you these days ? " She thought for a moment , " I'm doing fine , You ? "

" Fine too . " Lies . I've been struggling to forget you so that your wish shall be granted .

" Good ! Well i should leave now , You know Jihyun .. " I laughed , " Yeah , Jihyun ... " She laughed , " What about me ? " Oh no it's jihyun . We turned around , " Its okay , continue talking . " She smiled and walked away .

" Wow , okay . " I laughed , " Do you want to like .. Go to the canteen or something ? " She nods . We went to the canteen and ate some food while chatting and catching up on each other , as friends .

" Truthfully , these past few days i've been trying hard to move on . " I told her , she stiffened , " Me too . " I smiled , " How's it going ? " She gave that meh look , " Not very good , Truthfully . " I nod , she asked me the same question .

" Not very good too , I wanted to control myself from hugging you just now . " I laughed , " Am i too nice to hug ? " She laughed , I nod . " Your like a furry bunny ! " She smiled , " as cute as one too . " I shook my head and she smacked me .

" Love birds ! " I heard someone screamed , It's somi . " You guys legit are like the cutest . " I laughed , " We are just friends . " Chanmi smiled and nod . Somi seemed to get what we meant and nods , " Well anyways , It's really nice to meet you Chanmi !" Somi smiled .

" Same here . " Chanmi said and they shook hands .

" Well got to go ! Bye ! " Somi said as she walked to the entrance and disappeared .

" She seemed like a really cool person . " Chanmi said and i nod , " She's really bubbly . " She nods . It became awkward after the ' Love bird ' thing .

" Sorry , Somi doesn't know that we broke up . " She smiled , " It's okay , everyone makes mistake . " if only me breaking up with you is a mistake .

" Yeah , we should head out now before anyone has any misconception about us . " She laughed awkwardly , I nod and we went separate ways .

I miss you , Lee Chanmi .

A/N :

I'm actually working on the new story already , It's called , ' Who are you ? ' Basically it's a Taeyong fanfic , since he fit that character the most .
