Dom was watching tv when I sat beside her.

"Hey." panimula ko.

"Oy what's up?" she put the volume down and face me.

"Madalas mong kasama si Sunny diba?"

"Hindi masyado. Ikaw? classmates kayo ah. Ano bang problema?"

I sighed "I have this feeling of being watched whenever I'm with her and I'm worried."

She turned serious "Okay, what do you want me to do?"

"As much possible siguro, don't let her be alone. She'll be safe in her house and in school but not outside."

"Wait, I think we need to tell her this. She deserve to know."

Umiling ako "We can't. Ayokong takutin siya. Besides, I'm still not sure. Baka I'm just imagining things."

"At kapag nakasiguro ka na?"

"We'll do the right thing."

Tumango tango siya "One question though."

"Shoot."

"Why are you doing this?"

Nalito ako sa tanong niya "Bakit hindi? She's a friend and I am willing to help. Besides, there's a possibility that she's not the target. It could be me."

"You should be careful too."

"I know. I can take care of myself but her? no. Just keep an eye on her okay?"

"Of course. Hindi lang ikaw ang kaibigan niya." she chuckled.

Sana lang talaga mali ang iniisip ko. Na imagination ko lang ang lahat.

Kasalukuyang naglalakad ako papunta sa first subject ko nang makasalubong ko sina Terrence at Lucas.

He shrugged "Graduating eh. Kelangan humabol."

"Kotang kota na ako sa pasasalamat kay Terrence hahahaha. Wala yun. I just did the right thing."

"Well, it's not nothing for me. You see, ayokong magkameron ng utang na loob sa iba. I want to return the favor." - Lucas

I tried to think and I came up with the brightest idea.

"Hmm alam ko na! Libre niyo ako ng lunch." ngiting ngiti ako.
