The Bad Boy always gets his ways (editing)

Ryder

Hi guys I just thought I'll let you know from now that I will have to do a time skip especially because it's getting near christmas so I will hopefully have something good for that. Thanks.

Grace's POV:

Me and Brooklynn both walk into the cafeteria to see the others. We see them at our usual table. We sit down with them.

They stop there conversation

"Grace, where the hell were you yesterday?" Brittany ask sounding like a worried mother

I giggle a bit

"What's so funny" she asks

"Sorry it's just that you sounded like a worried mother" I say

She sighs "That's because I am worried"

"Why?" I ask

"Well because you've just dumped your boyfriend and you didn't come to school the next day. You're never late or miss any days off." She explains

I nod "Yeah sorry I made you worry, I'm fine"

"Ok that's good"

"So why weren't you here" Lindsey ask

I blush remembering what happened yesterday, I can't tell them what happened, I can't say I was with Ryder yesterday. Brooklynn might say something about him being in my house, I hope they don't react too much.

They all look at me as I begin to speak "I was with Ryder-"

"Whoosh wait you don't mean Ryder Wilson do you, that Ryder" Lindsey asks

I nod my head slowly

All but Brooklynn gasp

"D-doing what?" Brittany asks suspiciously

"D-Did he try and have sex with you" Heather adds

I shake my head

"No, why would you say that" I ask her

"Just because it seemed likely of him to" she says

Ryder wasn't like that with me.

"He's nice" I say

"Nice!?" They all say at the same time a bit too loud making some people near us look.

"We are still talking about Ryder, right?" Lindsay asks

I nod"Yes"

"Are you sure he was being nice to you or was he just trying to get your pants off" she says

"Woah, guys come on, if Grace says he was being nice to her shouldn't we believe her" Brooklynn says then looks at me, smiles and mouths the words 'I got your back', I smile back and mouth a 'thank you'.

"Brooks, have you even talked to him before?" Heather asks her

"Kind of..." she responds

"Grace, is he your new boyfriend?" Brittany asks very happily

My face grew hot as I start to think about Ryder and what we are. I look away from them. I'm not sure if I'm his girlfriend or not. I guess he wants to be because he's kissed me before 

"I-I don't know.."

As I look back up at them they all are giving me toothy smiles

"What is it"

"You so totally like him, don't you Grace. He is your boyfriend, I bet he's already kissed you." Brittany squeals happily. Heather and Lindsey both gasp.

"Have you really kissed him Grace?" Brooklynn asks

I don't give a response

Just as Brittany was about to speak the bell rings. Saved by the bell.

"Hey Grace we're not done talking about this"

"But we have different lessons" I state

She nods " Yeah, what your last lesson before lunch?"

"I have double English"

"Good okay so I'll wait outside the English department for you"

I nod

We each go our separate ways Brooklynn coming with me because we have the same class.

After class, me and Brooklynn walk out of the classroom to see Brittany as she said. We walk outside and sit on the benches across the football field where I used to always sit and watch Jake play whenever he asked me to.

"So Grace lets talk about Ryder"

I nod my head slowly

"What's he like?" she asks

"Like I said before he's nice"

She raises an eyebrow at me

"Ok then, I want to meet him. Do you know where he lives, have you been to his house?"

I nod"He lives next door to me"

She gasps

"Really, well this is news to me. Does he live alone?"

I shake my head "No he lives with both of his parents"

"So why is he so bad, he has both parents"

"He probably has his reasons for it" Brooklynn says

"Can I come to your house today Grace?" She asks

"Ok"

"What are you doing Grace say no"

"Why?" I say more like a question

"Brittany she just wants to go to his house"

"I'm right here and so what we should meet him because he's your boyfriend and we're your friends" she says

"Okay"

What am I saying I should have said no, I don't even know what me and Ryder are. I hope he doesn't get angry with me.

I'm sorry Ryder.
