Tris POV
It's about mid November now, and we have had many ceremonies, and new members. Today we find out our rankings, and we pick our jobs. I dropped Abnegation a while ago, just becuase many Dauntless changed to Abnegation, and Erudite can't plan war anymore.
"Initiates, we have had you for awhile, Dauntless Born's, we have had you since you were born. Today you are going to find out your rankings. Everybody under the red line, you are being cut, you will be factionless. Everybody above, you will pick a job." Eric says in his booming voice.
He moves from the board for us to see.

The rest of the list is just Christina, Al, Caleb, and some other people I don't know. I can't believe I am at the top of the list. Tobias comes up and gives me kiss. I kiss him back, and all of my friends jaws dropped. I give them a slight smile, and then I stand up, onto the table.
"IS EVERYONE READY TO CHOOSE THEIR JOBS?" I yell.
They all cheer in excitement.

When we are finished with lunch, we all have to go down to the training room, and we have to pick our jobs.
"First ranked gets to pick first." Eric tells us.
I make my way to the front, and go into the secluded room, for me to choose.
Anthony POV
When Tris comes out, she looks as happy as she could be. She runs and tackle hugs me.
"I love you Annie." She tells me.
"I love you too Bea." I tell her back. "What did you choose?"
"Do you really think you should be talking to a Dauntless Trainer that way." she tells me.
I laugh.
"Second ranked gets to be a Dauntless Trainer."
"Well I better take that job."
Tris POV
I got a Dauntless Trainer, and I'm so proud. Now time to tell Annie.
When I walk out of the room, I run and tackle hug Anthony.
"I love you Annie." I tell him.
"I love you too Bea. What did you choose?"
"Do you really think you should be talking to a Dauntless Leader that way." I tell him. "Second ranked gets to be a Dauntless Trainer."
"Well I better take that job."
He walks into the secluded room, and I run out of the building, onto the roof. I sit down on the gravel, and I laugh.
"Is there something wrong Stiff?" I hear.
I look back and I see Tobias.
"Nope. Not at all." I tell him.
I go up to him and hug him.

I stand there, waiting for the Dauntless Ceremony.
"Dauntless Rise." I hear coming from the stage.
We rise up, making a giant cloud of black clothes rover the white chairs.
"Today marks the day where another group of initiates takes the stage, and chooses their jobs. The jobs will range from Dauntless Leader to Tattoo artist. We will be starting from the first ranked, then going to the last. Starting the jobs today, Beatrice Pedrad."
I brush off my black halter top dress, and I walk down the wooden, rickety, uneven stairs, all the way down to where the voice is coming from.
"Tris. Dauntless Leader." I say into the microphone. My voice booming through the speakers.
Then the list goes on.
"Anthony. Dauntless Born Trainer."
"Uriah. Dauntless Initiate Trainer."
"Kaelynne. Fence Guard."
"Percy. Fence Guard."
"Cameron. Tattoo Artist."
"Peter. Weapon Manufacturer."
"Marlene. Tattoo Artist."
"Will. Fence Guard."
"Chris. Entertainment Fighter."
"Kadie. Tattoo Artist."
"Alison. Tattoo Artist."
We all stand in one line, with everybody cheering for us.
We then all stand there, with everybody cheering.
"Now is the time to choose you new names. Explanations are your choice."
I start off.
"Beatrice Pedrad is no longer. My name is now Six, marking my six fears." I say into the microphone.
Anthony ends up just using his real name. Uriah uses his. Kaelynne decides on Kae, so people can pronounce it correctly.Percy just uses her name. Cameron, now with the name Cam, because he says thats a better tattoo artist name. Everybody else just keeps theirs the same.
"We now have, the new group of Dauntless adults. They will be respected. They will be the newest members."

I wake up to the sound of my alarm. I put my hair up into a pony tail, and I get dressed. I showered the night before, so I don't need to again. I put on my black jeans, black thick strapped tank top, my black leather jacket, and my black combat boots.
I walk out of apartment, and down towards the tracks where the train comes through, meeting Anthony half way there.
"You ready for a new batch of people?" he asks.
"As I ever will be." I tell him.
Once the train gets close, we back up, and start running.
"Ready for the ceremony?" He asks.
I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding.
"As I ever will be."
