Aktualizacja (11.07.2019) PL: Jezioro Thun położone jest u stóp Alp Berneńskich, dzięki czemu widoki w tym miejscu są bajeczne. Woda jeziora jest szmaragdowo – niebieska, a na zdjęciach wychodzi jak pokolorowana. Jezioro jest długie na ponad 17 km i dość wąskie, bo w najszerszym miejscu ma zaledwie 3,5 km. Dzięki temu stojąc na jednym brzegu, widzimy przeciwległe wybrzeże. Pomimo też głębokie – w najgłębszym miejscu osiąga ponad 200 metrów. Do jeziora wpada rzeka Aere, która jednocześnie łączy jezioro Thun z oddalonym o 6 kilometrów jeziorem Brienz. Jezioro jest mekką windsurferów i żeglarzy ze względu na wiejący tu stale wiatr. Popularnymi celami wycieczek są trzy szczyty górujące nad jeziorem: Niesen, Stockhorn oraz Niederhorn. Jezioro Thun to też znany rejon winiarski.
Update (11.07.2019) ENG: Lake Thun is located at the foot of the Bernese Alps, so the views here are fabulous. The water of the lake is emerald - blue, and in the pictures, it looks like it is coloured. The lake is over 17 km long and quite narrow because in its widest place it is only 3.5 km. Thanks to this, standing on one side, we can see the opposite coast. In spite of it also deep - in the deepest place, it reaches over 200 meters. The river Aere flows into the lake, which at the same time connects Lake Thun with Lake Brienz, 6 km away. The lake is a mecca for windsurfers and sailors due to the constantly blowing wind. Popular tourist destinations are the three peaks towering over the lake: Niesen, Stockhorn and Niederhorn. Lake Thun is also a well-known wine region.
