Did I freak you out?

Lol I am so sorry if I did . . .

Anywhoooo I'd never do that to you guys ever. Without further ado

Raven, Blossom and I have been on a little expidition to find this tree to cure Raven. It was getting worse and worse and I was starting to worry a lot more. It'd been 3 days and right now we were camping in the forest. We all rested in wolf forms, including Raven. Alpha Blossom warned us that there'd be rogues around here occasionally. This was the back of her territory and we were soon reaching its peak.

Lately, Blossom and I have been routing best ways to go to the tree. She says she's only gone a few times there every now and then to make sure it's well taken care of, and also making sure no rogues can find it.

I stared at Raven's white wolf sleeping. It was one of the few times she looked so . . . vulnerable. Her small back would rise every so often as she took a deep breath, and then as she let out her breath, her back would continue back to it's normal state.

Her beautiful face was laid on her paws with her ears alert. How'd she manage to do that? Make her ears alert whilst sleeping? I pondered oni t a tad bit more before I finally closed my eyes and allowed sleep to take over my body.

-

The morning air was chilly and powerful enough  to wake me up. I blinked hard before forcing my all fours to help me stand. I shook my pelt, my sleek black fur twisting in unison.

I turned behind me to see a ginger brown wolf.

[Good morning Alpha Blossom.] I regarded to her. She squinted her dark green eyes.

[Good morning to you as well.] She replied back. I cast a quick glance at Raven.

[Alpha . . . ] Blossom started in the link. I growled in my throat.

[Don't say it.] I growled to her. She shook her pelt before trotting over to me.

[Tyler. You know you can't put all your faith into this tree. It's only a matter of time before she can remember her name.] She said while staring at my sleeping mate, who lay in the same position as last night. I glared at my paws.

[I know.] I said shamefully. [I just want it to be true. I did this to her. I have to fix it.] I said as I glanced back at Alpha Blossom. She sighed her wolfy head.

[Why do you doubt this plan so much?] I couldn't help but ask. All thsi time, she seemed so doubtful.l

She sat down, her tail limp on the ground like a noodle. I took a seat next to her, my larger frame towering over her.

[Tyler, do you ever wander why I am an Alpha, and not some other male?] She asked in a monotone voice. I gave her a puzzled look.

[I had a mateand we met when I was 15, I was fairly young. He was 16, but it was just a one year difference. At first, we hated eachother. He was the Alpha's son, and I was an Omega. Lowest of the low, but raised with pride, dignity and loyalty to my pack. Soon, it got to the point where we were each competing for each other's love. We'd hook up with other teens to purposely make each other jealous. And one night, he took it too far.

He had a one night stand with my best friend, and after that I finally confronted him about us, and what we were doing. It was a great deal of talking, but we worked things out and apologized. For 13 years, we lived happily - enjoying eachother's company. But one night, my best friend returned with hatred written on her face.

She shot a bow at my beloved mate, shooting him in the chest with Silverlace liquid. I tried everything on my mate, even went to the infamous Ragnor. I was told of the tree, but at a price. To help protect it forever. Along witht hat, he also gave my pack food. I went to the tree, but by the time me and my mate arrived . . . it was too late. He was gone, and I was alone.] She explained, never letting her eyes leave the ground.

My ears splayed back at her story she had just told me. I couldn't imagine losing Raven, or having anythingl ike that happen, although in the beginning, me and Raven hated each other.

[Why did you tell me this?] I asked her. She gave me a wolfy grin.

[Because, I want you to know how much you need to treasure your mate, before they dissapear. Tyler, there might not have been hope for me and my mate, but the if he were here right now, he'd want me to help you. And I plan on doing that. From now on, you have my full trust.] She explained. I nodded.

[Thank you Blossom] I replied.

[What was his name?] I asked her before she got up. She looked at the ground, then back to me.

[Hayden. Hayden Ryker.] And witht hat she dissapeared into the forest. I sighed at her sob story. It made my heart clench at the thought of losing Raven.

I quickly padded over to my sleeping mate and nudgged her with my nose, hating to wake her up.

She lifted her head then opened her eyes before blinking.

[No worries, I still remember.] She said with a wolfen smile. I nodded, and we took offi nto the forest, trailing behind Blossom, still in search of this tree.

Short but now you know why Blossom is kinda . . . gaurded?

Anyyyywhoooo, pic of her wolf to the side -->
