"Y/n is going to be okay. She's a fighter" Mari said, trying to reassure me

I can't believe that the girl that I'm in love with is in this condition.

Wes's POV
It's been a couple months since Y/n's accident. I barely leave the hospital. I haven't been in any Smosh videos and fans are starting to worry about me. The doctors aren't sure if Y/n will wake up. She has to wake up. She has to.
Y/n's POV
"Wes you need to eat something" I heard Mari say
"I can't. I can't leave her Mari" Wes said
I tried to open my eyes, but I couldn't.
"I know. You love her and you don't want to leave her side. But you need to eat and sleep. I'll grab something to eat from the hospital cafeteria" Mari said

I opened my eyes and saw Wes sleeping. He was sitting on the chair next to my bed and his head was rested on my hospital bed and he was holding my right hand.
"Look, Sleeping Beauty is awake" Peter, Mari's boyfriend, said from the doorway.
He and Mari looked like they just got back from a lunch run
"Hey guys" I said groggily
"I'm going to tell a nurse you're up" Peter said, putting the food he was carrying down on the table near the door.
"I'm so glad you're up. And he's asleep" Mari said, pointing at Wes for the second part
"How long-" I started to ask, but Mari cut me off
"You've been here? Almost three months. You scared all of us" Mari said
I sighed.
"Wes barely leaves this room. He still loves you" Mari said
I looked over at Wes. He looked so peaceful as he slept.
"I'm not good enough for him" I said
"That's not what he thinks. I don't know what happened in Ohio, but Wes was crushed when you left. You two bring out the best in each other and you guys need each other. That's what I wanted to talk to you about" Mari said
"He deserves better than me" I said
"He deserves you" Mari said
I looked over at Wes. His eyes fluttered open. He sat up when he saw that I was awake
"Y/n! You're up!" Wes said
"I'm gonna give you two a moment" Mari said before walking out of the room
"Y/n, I love you and Mari's right, I deserve you" Wes said
"But-" I said, but Wes cut me off
"I don't care what my parents said about you and I should've said something to them sooner than I did. I told them that you're the best part of my life and that they'll just have to accept you in the family. I'm in love with you Y/n" Wes said
"I'm in love with you too Wes"
