My friends, Ashes and Jay, and I were discussing a possible au where Matt and Nate are in the army and Matt's a general/Big Boss and Nate is a tactician and he just comes up with crazy ideas based on video games like hiding in a box and shit and Matt's like "Nathan no" but Nate's eyes just shine when he suggests things so Matt has his men run little exercises and Nate's just hunkered in the box like "I'm a box. I'm a box. Don't mind me I'm just a box." And just Nate being a total goober yes please
