Searching

by sloanranger

I looked about the house tonight, searching everywhere.

No matter where I turned, couldn't find you anywhere.

Where are you my love, did someone take you away?

I didn't think you'd leave me, was just my thoughts did stray.

The secret things you do to me, no one should ever know,

the pleasure that you give to me, I simply can't forego.

To face my plight these winter nights, can you even doubt?

It's you I really need - you, I cannot live without.

I could not tell my friends about the sinful things you do,

they'd only think me mad... and I guess it must be true.

Maybe they're right, I look a fright, searching like I'm loco,

heaven help me I won't stop, until I find my...  cocoa.
