I was happy to see matty today
I walked into the bathroom and got dressed as fast as I could
Then I got called "Bella?" George said "George yeah hi " I said "come to the hospital immediately" he whispered
It sounded like he was crying
"I'm already coming I was planning on coming" I whispered grabbing my keys and walked out of the door
"But why why are you acting this way" I asked he sighed
"Matty didn't made it"
I stood still
Everything around me was quiet
The phone fell out of my hands
I let myself fall into the ground
I coudn't cry I coudn't talk
I coudn't believe it
Matty isn't here anymore
He is gone

After 30 minutes later I got myself a bit together
I arrived at the hospital
I walked in and walked to Matty's room
I saw Adam George Ross
But I didn't saw Matty's mom or his brother or his dad
I looked at George who was already walking towards me
"Bella" he whispered
I shook my head and started crying again "listen to Me" he whispered hugging me I looked at him
"Matty fall asleep again when he woke up, doctors were trying to wake him but it didn't work he didn't answer so the doctors are giving him 24 hours after the 24 hours if he still hasn't woken up, they are going to..you know" he whispered I nodded "he can't hear us, he can't see us, but he's heart still beats a bit" he said and hugged me again

"Oh Bella" Ross said I looked at him sleepy "matty left a letter behind" he whispered I stood up "where?" I asked "I have it here" Ross said and grabbed his bagg he smiled and gave me the letter
I thanked him quite and sat down again
I started reading
Dear Bella,
I closed my eyes, a tear rolled down my cheek slowly
I opened them again and started reading again.
When I first saw you
I didn't see it
I didn't see how special you were

I coudn't bare the pain
Now three years later, you showed up

I finished the letter and closed my eyes
Flashback
"You don't love me" I whispered giggeling laying on Matty's chest
"I do" he whispered we were both drunk as hell "I love you now tomorrow and always" he whispered
"Promise you'll never leave me" I whispered he grabbed my pinky and whispered "I promise"
I cried George walking towards me
"Sssst Bella" he said kissing my forehead "I can't live without him" I cried "but you'll have to, Bella I can't loose him to he's my best mate in the world but we'll have to we can do this" he whispered I shook my head "if he is going I'm going too" I said looking into his eyes he hands held my cheeks tears streaming down my cheeks "that's not true Bella you can't do that" he said

We all sat there
For hours and hours waiting for a sight
"Hello" a doctor said we all looked at him and stood up we all said a hello and waited "one of you guys can see mr.healy right now" he whispered they all looked at me "no guys I-" I started "it's okay Bella go" Ross said they all nodded I sighed and walked towards the door I took a deep breath and opened the door I walked in
I just stood there
I looked at him
He was so pale
He looked lifeless
I swallowed and walking towards him
"Hi matty" I whispered sitting next to him "you'll probably can not hear me" I whispered "I love you" I whispered looking at him I took a breath "I miss your voice" I whispered again "and that letter was beautiful" I said again
I started crying "I just want you here" I whispered
There was a long silence
I hugged him "matty please I can't live without you here" I whispered crying
But the thing was
I didn't feel a heartbeat
I stood up "d-doctor!!" Yelled a nurse came running into the room "help him!" I yelled
I was send outside
Other nurses came running into the door and doctors
The monitor stopped
It was over
Matty was really gone...
