Chapter 17.

The next day I was sitting on the couch, playing my Wii with Emmet.

Yep you guessed it, Mario bros.

Nessie can in "Can I play?" she asked I nodded and handed her a controller.

I was Luigi, Emmet was playing as Mario, and Ness is the blue mushroom guy.

I laughed when Emmet ended a life.

"Oh too bad" I said, he smiled "Keep it up" he said.

Caius came in and raised a eyebrow but, shook his head, he sat beside me.

"Cess, do something or me?" he asked, I looked at him.

"What?.''

"Don't go out on your own go out with me or someone with you, can you do that for me?"

I nodded "sure'' I said.

We played the game for another hour til me and ness became hungry.

I headed toward the kitchen to fix tacos.

I cut up the tomato, got out the shredded cheese, the taco shells, and other stuff.

I rolled up Nessie's when it was done and took it to her.

"Thanks Cessy."

I nodded.

I fixed mine and went to my room.

I ate and drawed up the finishing touches on my drawing of Caius and me.

A knock on the door interrupted me.

"Come in" I called.

Caius and Alice entered arguing.

"Ask!" Alice whispered furiously .

"Um, Cess are you drawing something for me?" he asked, Alice nodded.

Ahh, so she saw me drawing something for him.

I nodded "It is almost finished, and thanks Alice, it was supposed to be a surprise.!" I said, to her.

She smiled "Welcome" she said, and was gone.

He sat on the bed trying to look at it.

I hid it from him "Not yet" I said, and finished off my taco.

He smiled "Aww, come on Cess please" he asked.

"No, now come on" I said, and pushed him out the door.

Downstairs everyone was talking.

Then we stopped, someone knocked on the door.

Esme went to it and gasped.

"Cessyanna, you might want to come here" she said.

I looked out the peephole.

And there stood my mother.
