I was bawling my eyes out when Trixie and Lily found me in the little cafe that I usually hang out at every after school. They didn't bother asking me what was wrong. They just rolled their eyes when they saw me and asked me straight away

"What's the title?"

"Me Before You by Jojo Moyes"

"Oh my god yes! Did you hear that they're going to make a movie out of that?" Lily asked excitedly, adjusting her glasses on the bridge of her nose and leaning forward on the table

"Yeah I saw the trailer the last time." I replied and she squealed in delight, standing up to order her coffee

"So," Trixie started when Lily already went. "What's going on between you and Tyler?"

I raised an eyebrow at her sipping my hot chocolate (since I do not like coffee), "Nothing. He offered to go with me every lunch time in the library and we both talk. That's it."

"Great! I don't ship him with you. I ship you and Grey better." She shrugged and took a bite on my cinnamon roll

"You what?"

"Ship you. If you like two persons to be together, you ship them."

"Ship them where?"

She glared at me "You're impossible."

"Thank you." I prolonged the u and gave out a sheepish grin

"What did I miss?" Lily asked, suddenly appearing with hers and Trixie's drink on her hands

"Thanks. Little Chloe over here doesn't know the meaning of the word 'ship'." Trixie said in a matter-of-fact tone

Lily glared at me too. What's with people glaring at me today?

"You're a teen fiction, romance reader and you do not know what the meaning of 'ship' is?" Lily gave out a sigh

I raised my hands up in defense. "Well I'm sorry I haven't encountered that word before."

"Yeah whatever. I gotta go girls. Mom needs me in the pet shop today. We're taking in a new litter of puppies." Trixie explained, standing up and gathering her things

"Oooh that's exciting. I have to go visit my cousins today." Lily replied with a grumpy look. "I've always hated those little devils."

Trixie and I gave out a laugh, "Good luck with that. I guess I'll be going too then."

We three stood up and gathered everything we have before we left. As we went out, we waved each other goodbye and went on to our separate ways. I decided to walk on my way to Grey's house today with my bag hanging loosely on my back. I usually take the bus but oh well I guess it's time to save up money anyways.

"Hey Meghan." I greeted the moment I walked in their house without even knocking or something. Perks of being best friends huh

"Oh hey their Chloe. How was school?" She sat up, lowering the volume of the telly

I shrugged "It was fine. A little struggle with a couple of tests but it was okay. How 'bout you? You seem to be home early." I placed my bag on a table nearby and took a seat next to her
