You stared at her as she silently held the book in her hands, her eyes scanning the pages as her face crinkled in thought. You found these quiet moments oh so rare and wished for them to last forever. The supernatural crap always occupied her, and she was always in danger, always prepared to fight. You have not seen her so calm, so beautiful in ages. As sexy as her aggressive side was, you loved seeing her as peaceful as she was now.
"It's not polite to stare (Y/N)."
You felt your face flush even though you did it often and your girlfriend caught you every time.
"Sorry love, you're just too pretty not to look."
"Well if you like my face so much, why not come here and get a closer look?"
You smirked knowing full well what her intentions were. You got up and made your way to her slowly.
"Mm, still as beautiful up close."
"You think so now?" She began to snake her arms around your neck pulling you closer to her, your noses rubbing against one another's.
"Absolutely." You mumbled before you leaned in a bit more, closing the space between you two. You could feel her smile grow against your lips and you yourself began to feel the serenity that enveloped both of you.
