"Do you like it?"Steph asked

"Yes I do"I say

He smiled.

"We honestly had no idea what color you would like...so we just went with our gut and left it white. We just decorated it with the bed and all that"Ryan explained

I laughed.

"It's perfect"I say

They both smile at me.

"Well you get settled in and we'll check on you in about 10 minutes"Steph said

"Okay"I say

"My room is right next door if you need anything"Ryan said

"And I'm right down the hall"Steph said

"Alright, thanks guys"I say

"No problem"they said

They made their way out the room, leaving me alone. I take a deep breath, taking in the scent of cherries.

I took my book bag off, putting it on the floor by the bed. I sighed and laid back on the bed.

I guess I could get used to this.

I stared up at my small chandelier. I sat up, digging in my bag for my notebook and pen.

I sat criss cross on the bed, writing in my book.

By the time I was done, Steph had poked his head into the door, knocking of course.

"Yes Steph?"I say

He smiled.

"Hey Mia, I was wondering if you wanted to go shopping to get you new clothes"he said

"Stephen Curry...shopping?"I say

He laughed.

"I mean, if it means making my baby girl look nice, yes"he said

I grin.

"Okay"I say

I got up off the bed, slipping on a black sweater.

"Ready?"he said

"Yup"I say, smiling up at him

He led me out of the room.

"How tall are you?"I ask, walking to the stairs

"6 feet, 3 inches"he said

"Woah"I say

He chuckled.

"Ryan is 6'0" if it helps"he said

"I guess it does"I say

He grinned. I smile back at him.

I like him.

When we came back to the house, we had at least 15 bags...plus more in the trunk.

"Well, I guess this is what you meant by shopping"I say, lifting up 3 bags

He chuckled.

"Yes"he said

I giggle.

(Time skipped)

After about 2-3 hours, everything was put away. My walking closet was full of basketball sneakers, flats, boots and clothes. Jeans, dresses, crop tops. Perfume, deodorant.

It was just packed.

He even got me a few Golden State Warriors jerseys. Of course I know who they are, but I didn't know Steph played for them until I saw his name on the back of one of those jerseys.
