You woke with a shock, your heart pounding in your ears. You had just had a terrible nightmare, a nightmare in which your boyfriend h/n had died. Your eyes were wet - you must have been crying in your sleep. Your breaths were shaky and h/n was immediately awake and sitting up next to you with his arms around your shoulders. "Hey, what's wrong?" He asked, grabbing your arms and turning you to face him. "I had - a nightmare and - and you - you were dead - and I -" You burst into tears again and h/n pulled you into his arms. His bare chest was warm against your body and he rubbed circles softly on your back to calm you. "Shh, shh, it's ok," he whispered, kissing your forehead. "I'm alive." He reached for your hand and put it up against his chest so you could feel his heartbeat. You calmed down a little and wrapped your arms around him. You couldn't bare the thought of losing him. You both laid back down but you remained in his arms, your head against his chest and his resting on top of yours. "I'm here, it's ok," he whispered, placing kisses on the top of your head. "Nothing could ever separate us, not even death," he whispered. "I will love you forever." ❤️
