it's my birthday!!!

"Hey, baby," you wake to the sound of your boyfriend, h/n's voice.

You are sleeping under his arm and he is staring down at you, peppering kisses along your forehead. You lift your head up slowly, only to see it's pitch black outside.

"H/n what time is it?" You ask tiredly, letting your head fall back onto his chest.

"11:59," he replies cheerfully.

You groan a little and you are about to ask why he woke you up when he starts talking again.

"Aaaaand...Midnight. Happy Birthday, y/n." He smiles, kissing you again.

"I promise to make today as special as you are to me," he whispers, his warm breath on your neck. You smile, and kiss him back. "And just a head's up - that's a lot."
