"Erin you have 10 minutes to get your ass out of bed before I leave without you"!

"Omg Nash, I'm coming"!

Typical morning in the Grier household. Nash yelling for me downstairs though I've been ready for a while. Nash is my older brother, he's a senior and I'm junior.

Our parents are hardly ever home due to them traveling all around the country because of work so Nash has taken the parent role. It gets annoying sometimes because he's really over protective but what can I say?

Another thing is being Nash Grier's younger sister, girls on social media always spam me with messages saying "TELL YOUR BROTHER TO FOLLOW ME PLEASE"! It's hard to even go somewhere without someone coming up to us and asking for a picture but this is our first day of school so hopefully things go good.

I took a final look in the mirror, grabbing my bag and running out to the car just as Nash was about to pull out the drive way.

Nash looked at me and turned the radio down

"so you know what's happening today right?" he asked, stopping at a red light.

"no, what's happening?" I asked, getting on my phone.

" I have practice after school so you'll have to pick up Hayes" he responded.

I put my phone down, "I'm babysitting Hayes again?" I asked

"yeah but it's only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays" he said, as if this wasn't a big deal. I let out a sigh and looked out the window.

We drove in silence all the way to school until we got in the parking lot. I unbuckled my seat belt and opened the door. "Wait!" Nash yelled. I turned to face him.

"Let's try not to fight baby sis, I did what I could and got two free days. I want this year to go good okay?" he said, smiling.

I smiled back, "okay big brother" I responded, getting out of the car. Ever since my brother and i began going viral, a lot of people began to hate or talk to us.

"Aye Grier! What's up man?" a guy I've never seen before yelled out. Nash waved and kept walking. "Grier!" another called out. Nash waved again.

We kept walking until we got to the front office, Nash turned to look at me. "Here's the keys," he said, handing me the keys, "drive safely and have a good day" . He began waking to his first class.

I turned to the secretary at the from desk who smiled up at me. "You have a very nice brother" she said, quietly. I smiled, "thank you um could I please have my schedule?" I asked.

She nodded and handed me my schedule. I walked out, passing by some sophomores who gave me dirty looks.

I kept walking when I felt a tap on my shoulder. It was Johnson, he had his glasses on for once. I hugged him.

"hey Johnson" I said, letting go. "Hey" he replied, smiling. "How was your summer?" I asked. He shrugged, "good but got really bad sunburn" he said.

"I'm sorry but I got to get to class" I said, pointing down the hall. He nodded, "see you later shortie" he said, playfully. I rolled my eyes and walked down the hall.

I walked down, quietly as people turned and whispered among themselves. Although my brother was loved, I wasn't so much.

A rumor had gone around the year before that I was a slut and people believed it. I thought they would have forgotten it by now but I guess not.

I walked into my class and sat down in the back row, next to a girl named Casey. She smiled up at me and kept texting.

The teacher walked in and slammed a pile of books on her desk. "Morning everyone, this is algebra and I'm Mrs. Grey. These are your books for the year" she said, passing them out.

She went back to the front and began writing the rules on the board, turning back at us. "Everyone write this down" she said.

We all pulled out our notebooks and began writing. I finished quickly, waiting for the rest of the students. Mrs. Grey turned back to us.

"Now, turn to page 1 where our first-" she stopped as someone walked into class. It was a boy I didn't recognize.

"Can I help you?" Mrs. Grey asked, clearly mad. "Um this is my first time here and I got lost but I have a pass" the boy said, handing the pass to her.

She examined the pass and looked around the room. "Hm alright, take a seat wherever is open" she said, going back to the lesson.

"Now, as you can see, the formula-" she continued, as the boy took a seat next to me. A couple of people looked and whispered.

The boy grabbed a book off the shelf and bent down to grab a notebook and pen. I looked at him, he had chocolate brown hair and light brown eyes. He was tan as well.

He dropped the book off the desk, "shit" he whispered to himself as he picked it up quietly. I smiled to myself as I went back to taking notes.

I kept writing when he tapped my shoulder. I looked at him. He smiled, "um what page is this on?" he asked. "one" I said.

"oh obviously, sorry I'm dumb" he said, opening his book. I laughed, "same" I whispered back. He began to write down the formula.

"I'm Matt, by the way, Matt Espinosa" he said, holding out his hand under the table. I shook it.
"I'm Erin Grier" I said back.

He smiled again. "I know you" he said. I looked at him confused. "you're Nash Grier's sister, I've seen you on Vine" he continued. I blushed. "Yeah that's me" I let out quietly.

"You and you're brother are really funny" he said, looking up at the board. "Thanks" I said, grabbing my highlighter.

"welcome" he said. We sat quietly, writing. "Erin" he repeated. I looked over at him. "what a pretty name for a pretty girl" he said. I blushed.

"Thank you" I said, smiling.
