I swept the baby pink lipstick on my lips. Marty was right, the color suited my skin tone and at the same time it wasn't too dramatic. It looked natural.

"How was it?" Marty's voice echoed from my phone. I put him on loud speaker so I could still talk to him while I fixed myself. I didn't tell him about the date, but he learned about it from Zayn. I didn't know how, maybe he just shared it to Marts. Zayn and Liam were so close to my friends now.

"It looks really cute," I told him, staring at myself in front of the mirror.

"Told you. That's why I gave it to you last Christmas. If Zayn didn't ask you out you won't even touch it, you stupid bitch."

I giggled softly. Marty likes giving me makeup but I usually don't touch them. "You know very well how happy I am with my red lipstick," I reminded him in between my chuckles.

"I know, boo. But ain't nothing wrong with reinventing your look. Anyway, how does it feel riding Zayn?" He asked in his very malicious tone.

I frowned in the mirror. "Your choice of words is so wrong. I rode with Zayn, I didn't ride him." I said sharply.

I suddenly remembered how I rode Harry last night.

Christ, Jade. You're a mess.

Marty laughed out loud. "Yet," he stressed out. "You didn't ride him yet."

"You are such a perv. You need help."

"Oh honey, I got a lot of help. Alex's hands help me every night."

"Too much information!" I gasped loudly, making Marty roar in laughter. "God, Marts."

"What?" He giggled. "I'm just sharing."

I rolled my eyes before wearing my white sneakers. "You're sharing too much." I stood up and checked myself in the mirror. I really liked my romper, it was perfect for tonight 'cause it's really warm and humid outside.

I checked the clock on my bedside table. "I have to go, Marts. Zayn will be here any time now."

"Alright. Call me after the date, okay? I wanna hear everything." I could feel his giddiness over the phone, I swear he was more excited than me.

"I'll think about it," I chuckled, then ended the call to avoid Marty's protests.

I went downstairs and settled myself on the couch. I glanced outside. Harry's house was surprisingly quiet. The garage was empty, and the lights inside the house were all shut. No one was home.

A motorbike stopped in front of our lawn.

Zayn.

He walked straight to my door. He was in a black long sleeves and denim pants, finished with leather boots.

I rose from the couch when the doorbell rang.

"Hi," I smiled at him.

Wow, he looked really good.

Zayn smiled widely. "Hi," he replied shyly. "You're so beautiful. I like your hair."

"Oh," I murmured, touching my dutch style side braid, my face feeling hot. Dammit I must be too red now! "Thanks, you look good, too."

"Thank you," he mumbled, then gave me a bouquet of flowers. He hid them behind his back and I didn't notice. "Marts told me that you love yellow roses," he said as he gave the flowers to me.

So that's how Marty knew about the date. Zayn asked for his help.

I took the bouquet from his hands. It had six yellow roses. They were all beautiful. "Thanks. Yeah I really love yellow roses." I smiled. "Uh, do you wanna go inside first?"
