Talya's POV

Oh my gosh! They're here?!

From scale of one to ten, nine point ninety-nine - sure I'm blushing as red as tomato. Holy cow!

He was staring into my eyes intently, and I was taken aback. What's with that look? I muttered inwardly.

Clyde snapped his fingers in front of me, "Hey!"

I gasped, turning to him. "That's rude, Mr. Pres," I said scornfully.

He looked into my eyes, and so I did.

He's got a dark, wiry hair -enchanting brown eyes -thick, curled eyelashes -well-shaped, finely sized nose - pink rosy lips -and refined, muscled jaw. There's only one word to sum it all up: Perfect.

Too bad because it doesn't bother me.

He's got a handsome face and that's it. I'm sure that those girls around us are head over heels with him. I can feel their deadly glares at me.

"Don't look at me like that, I'm melting," he said, smiling slyly.

I smirked, putting my arms over my chest. "Woah, feeler ka na pala ngayon Mr. Pres?" I asked sarcastically. "Hindi ako na-orient."

He laughed. I just rolled my eyes at him.

"You've change," he said sternly. Bipolar lang?

"Why do you say so?" I questioned him.

He frowned. "You're not that old Talya Ozan, who retorted in a poetic manner," he said disconsolately.

I frowned. People change, I thought inwardly.

"Yeah, yeah," I said nonchalantly. I don't want to be in a hot seat or whatsoever. Duh, ayaw ko muna ng additional stress. "Let's start packing up because the night is fast approaching." I walked over to the table. "Sure, you don't want to miss it, right?" I asked, raising my eyebrow at them.

He just smiled, and the girls giggled.

"Of course," he said, walking over to me.

"Alright, let's start then," Aizy said.

Okay, we'll just look for them later... I really wanted to spend this night with him...

The darkness evading the sky, and the gatherimg of the stars beneath the luminous moon, was tempting me to go home, but I don't want to miss this event, ever.

The surrounding was filled with scattering students, sitting crossed-legged on the meadow. It's twenty-nine minutes past six in the evening; one hour, and thirty-one minutes before the fireworks display.
