TOOTHLESS'S POV

"Toothless...... why do you keep calling that human beautiful? Not that she isnt......" Hookfang smirked.

"YOU STAY AWAY FROM HER!!!"

"Toothless.... what is wrong with you.... you attack my rider and always glare at yours. But when you are with that goddess, you always act like her puppy dog...."

"I-- wait..... Goddess?!"

"That is what everyone calls her. Male dragons and male vikings." Stormfly squawked.

"Yes. Toothless. We know you are Alpha..... but why the sudden change? Always growling. Snarling......" Meatlug squeaked out quietly.

She has always been quiet.

"Yes... oh great Alpha...." Belch greeted.

"IM THE ONE WHO SHOULD BE TALKING HERE!!" Barf glared at his other head who glared back at him.

"Before you protest, Belch.... shut it before I shoot you with a plasma blast....."

"See.... you're like this now that the human goddess is here......" Stormfly screeched sadly.

I moaned as I remember how she once confessed to me......

I rejected her because..... well.... dont ask.

"I should steal her from you...." Hookfang proudly snarled.

"Wha--"

He flapped over to (Y/N) and set himself on fire.

"Wow..... that's amazing..... what's your name, you.....?"

"Hookfang. Beautiful One....."

His eyes darted to me and smirked.

She scratched behind his ears and he glanced at me again with his devillish eyes.

He did not do that......

"You are a pretty one....Goddess....." he purred.

She looked and blushed slightly. Astrid and Ruff stared at her in surprise. She was talking with a dragon.......

"You know, you should ride with me more, Goddess......"

Forget what I said earlier.

I screeched in horror and pounced on my challenger.

My scales glowed blue as I howled to mark a challenge.

"A challenge it is then.... great Alpha...."

We circled while the riders frantically tried to stop us.

"TOOTHLESS STOP!!!"

"HOOKFANG WHAT'RE YOU DOING?!!!!"

He roared and pounced on me.

He scratched the side of me face while I fired and missed him.

"HOOKFANG GET OFF HIM NOW!!"(Y/N) yelled.

I weakly shook myself off as he went into a trance and landed right in front of (Y/N)........

I thought only an Alpha can do that....

"Toothless!! Oh my ...... "

She ran over and looked at my cut with hurt eyes.

"SNOTLOUT CANT YOU CONTROL YOUR DRAGON!!!!" she yelled.

"IT WASNT MY FAULT!! ITS NOT MY PROBLEM THAT STUPID REPTILE POUNCED ON MY DRAGON!!"

She glared at him with hate in her eyes.

She raised her fist and hit him in the face.

"OOF!!! OWW!!!!" he wailed.

That must've hurt....

He fell on the floor blankly....

"Listen here Snotface..... you are going to keep that lizard of yours under control or so help me ILL DO IT FOR YOU!!! GOT IT???!!!"

He cowered in fear while (Y/N) faced me.

"Can you fly?" she asked.

"Y-yes..... I can manage. Hop on."

She mounted me while Astrid came running up.

"Make sure he's safe. Ill take care of things here. Bring him to Val or Gothi."

"Roger that."

I took off into the air while my cheek burned with pain.

"Beautiful One..... I--"

"If you want to apologize forget it." she replied harshly.

My heart sank as I looked at the beautiful view of Berk.

"Its not your fault." she said with a softer tone.

"What do you mean? I attacked Hookfang....."

"I overheard your conversation...."

I gulped.

"You know about everyone--"

"Calling me beautiful? A goddess? Yes. I know. They even say I am the daughter of Freya. Astrid and Ruff told me...."

"I see....."

"And how Hookfang offended you....."

I glided across the island when I remembered.....

Sunset.....

WAIT SUNSET IS IN A FEW MINUTES!!! I CAN SHOW HER!!

"What about you? You're hurt...."

"Please? I might not get another chance to do this......."

She sat there quietly and I felt her grip tighten around me.

"Very well....."

You wont regret this.....

I flew off into the distance and waited for her reaction.

It was beautiful..... when Hiccup was younger, he always took me out for flights at sunset and at night.

When he became chief......... I was alone most of the time. And.....

After that, he gave me an automatic tail...... I could enjoy the view here but...... it was never truly the same...

But with (Y/N)..... it's different from being with Hiccup and alone....

A warm feeling in my heart.....

"Thank you Toothless......"

She lay down on me and kissed my head. She gently stroked my cut. It burnt but the pain slowly subsided.

"Thank you...." she whispered.
