Toothless landed in front of Hiccup's house with a thump.

"VALKA!!!"

"(Y/N)??!!! What is it lass?!"

"It's Toothless he--"

"He's perfectly fine dear......"

She was looking at Toothless with a curious expression.

I turned around and looked.

There was no cut at all.......

I ran my hand across his scaly face and...... it was perfectly fine.....

"B-but t-t-the...... c-cut..... Hookfang..... huh?!"

"Dear girl..... you must be tired...... come in..... rest......"

I swear there was a cut there......

TOOTHLESS'S POV

Wha--

Where--cut...... WHAT?!

HOOKFANG CLAWED ME!!! HE-- I-- WHAT?!!!

I crawled into the house with a dumbstruck look on my face.

As I entered, a sneaky figure tackled me from the inside.

"ARGHH!!! I GOT YOU!!! YOU BEAST!!"

"WOAH!! HEY!! WHO ARE-- HICCUP?!!!"

"Hey!!! Nice ta' see ya' bud! You still mad at me?"

I licked his face as I realised how I reacted to him the past few times.

"Hey there you two? Still fighting?" (Y/N) mocked.

"Yup! That's what brothers do! Right bud?"

"Yep!!!"

I licked his face and he groaned in disgust.

"Toothless..... normally, I'd scream at you.... but Im just glad you're not mad........"

I gave my famous toothless grin and nudged (Y/N).

She gave me a beautiful and radiant smile as Valka invited us in for dinner.

The humans sat on these wooden pegs as always while I crawled beside (Y/N).

I ate a whole pile of Icelandic Cod while the rest of my family ate using these weird wooden thing......

I wont ever understand humans.....

They're weird....

Hiccup gave a big yawn and ruffled his hair.

I saw (Y/N) sleepily rubbing her eyes.

"(Y/N)?...... Are you tired Beautiful One?"

"Yeah......."

"Who are you talking to (Y/N)?"

"ER!!! NO ONE!!"

"Toothless....... may I have a word?"

Cloudjumper purred at me and walked outside.

I followed suit as he led me onto his favourite grass patch.

"Toothless...... great Alpha...... I have some news for you........"

"Yes? Cloudjumper.... you can just call me Toothless........"

"Very well, Toothless....... I have to have a word with you about...... (Y/N)......"

"What about her?!" I snapped.

"Calm down now..... I have been speaking with some of the travelling dragons. They spoke of her."

"They know her?"

"Yes........ she grew up with them.... and apparently..... they know you too....."

"Me?!!"

I leapt back.

I never knew anything about my past....

"Yes........ They knew you...... From what they told me..... you and your mother disappeared when you were younger......"

"What does that have to do with her--"

"She lived with you.... but all of you disappeared in one way or another......"

"Wait........ WHAT?!!!"

I stood there as memories of me running and playing with a little girl flooded through my mind.....

.....so Cloudjumper was telling me....

....that the girl was (Y/N)?

"Cloudjumper..... I-"

"You want to know more.... dont you?"

"Yes......"

"From what they told me, she was disowned by her father when she was but a child for saving you......"

"S-she saved me? AND GOT DISOWNED FOR IT?!!"

"Toothless.... calm down....."

I breathed in and out.... I willed myself to stay cool and listened to his story.

"Cloudjumper....... please continue....."

"Good...... now, your mother saved her and took her in as her own.... and you two grew closer..... when you were slightly older, you were taken away by wild dragons while she was taken by humans. Your mother..... died of grief for losing her family."

I stayed silent and stared at him with bulging eyes. My wings drooped down and my mouth hung open.

"I am sorry..... but she was special..... she was the only human who could communicate with dragons in history......."

"Explain how those dragons knew about her."

"They played with you too. They used to know you......"

"I see......... what dragons are they?!"

He shook his head sadly and crooned.

"I am sorry Toothless...... They are not Night Furies. They are nadders and nightmares. I am pretty sure they've left."

"Very well....."

"I see you are shaken up with this news......"

"Y-yes....."

"Take some time to cool off and tell her when you can........"

He left me alone in the night.

A cool breeze swept past my face.....
