I heard my footsteps as I ran across the cold forest.
Why am I running?
I dont know.....
Where should I go?!!!
I DONT CARE!!!!! JUST RUN!!!!!
My (H/C) hair flew in the wind.
I heard a demonic roar in the distance.
"COME BACK!!! I WONT HURT YOU!!!"
What the heck is that?!
It didnt sound human at all!!
C'mon (Y/N)!!!!! KEEP RUNNING!!!!
I tripped on a pebble and faceplanted on the floor.
Tears ran down my cheeks and I felt pain shoot up from my right leg.
NO!!! I CANT RUN ANYMORE!!!
I gingerly lifted up my leg and pain sprang up.
In the distance, I heard the flapping of some wings and a few voices in the distance.
"I think we found a new one bud!"
"Thats what you always say......" a voice said sarcasticly.
That voice......
It sounded so familiar.......
"Hiccup! OOoooOO!!! IM SO EXCITED!!! WE HAVENT DONE THIS IN YEARS!!!!!!" someone squealed.
"I know! Since I became chief, I havent had time to hang out with you guys! Too bad Eret's busy......"
"Yeah..... since you started neglecting your best friend......." the familiar voice murmurer sadly.
I tried standing up to ask them for help...... but stumbled and fell.
The sound of the twigs snapping must've caught their attention because the sound of their chatter immediately died down.
"What was that?"
"It might be a new dragon......"
"No. Too light for a large dragon. Too big for a terror or woodland creature....."
"It might be a human......" I heard a feminine voice croon.
"Guys. Mount your dragons. We'll find whatever made that sound."
"CAN WE BLOW IT UP?!!!" someone yelled excitedly.
Gulp.
These guys might not be too friendly.
"NO!!!! TUFF!!!"
Phew....
'Fine......"
I heard some growling and more flapping.
"Help........" my voice barely came out in a whisper since I was drained of all my energy....
"Guys! Toothless!!! WOAH HEY!!!!"
TOOTHLESS'S POV
I SMELL SOMETHING!!!!
It hit me like a ton of bricks when I hovered in the air.
How did I not pick this scent up?
Admittedly, I havent used my nose too much......
But it smells so familiar....
I know this scent so well...... but I cant remember......... ARGH!!!!
Hiccup....... he has to know about this.........
"Guys! Toothless!! WOAH HEY!!!"
I made a sharp turn and roared into the air.
With my automatic tail, I had complete control of where I was going.
"Hiccup?!!!" Astrid yelled in the midst of all the confusion.
"GUYS!! TAKE YOUR HUMANS AND FOLLOW ME!!!" I ordered the other dragons.
They followed my command and I put my nose to it.
"WOAH!!! STORMFLY!!!"
"MEATLUG!! LISTEN TO DADDY!!!"
"STOP!!!!"
"BAAAAARFFFFF!!!!!"
"THIS IS AWESOME YET SCARY!!! WOOOHOOOOOO!!!!"
Getting closer!!!
I sniffed the fresh scent of lilies.......
It put me at ease...
Until......
"TOOTHLESS WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!!!!"
"HICCUP!!! JUST TRUST ME!!" I howled to him.
"Ummm..... HELLO???!! I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU'RE SAYING!!"
Oh right....... he cant understand me.....
I heard some movement coming from the middle of all the trees.
I landed while the others followed me.
The figure squeaked and crawled away from me.
Beautiful......
That's the only word that comes to the mind when you see her.....
(H/C) hair and beautiful sparkling (E/C) eyes......
