5 Months Later

"Where's Dave?" I ask, my voice still upbeat.

She points behind her "In your kitchen, where else?" she says ironically.

In that moment I let my shoulders slump, and let out a meek strangled cry. I collapse in my bestfriends arms for 5 seconds and I fight back the tears that were hell bent on blinding me, I cough and hiccup as I pull myself away from her.

One moment of weakness...I only allowed myself one a week.

Sara reached out and held my head, pushing back stray strands of hair from my face. "Things will get better," she reassured. "I'm always here for you." I nod my head as I sniff. Sara is constantly raking up all the bf points.

"Where are you guys!?" David's voice rings from down the corridor.

At the close sound of his voice I recompose myself at lightening quick speed. David never took it well when he sees me like this. I try my best to have my moments when he wasn't in the vicinity, I turn away from the door just as he comes into sight.

"Right here dude," I call to him as I pick up a towel off a chair. I towel myself dry as I turn to him, "Dude! You could've atleast torn off a leg instead of making off with the whole chicken."

I chide him as I see a whole chicken hanging off his mouth from its thigh.

"Hey, no one cooks chicken as good as you do," he says through a mouth full of food.

"Why, thank you" I say lightly. I see Sara's lips go tight, but I sum it up to my previous mood and wave it off.

"The lyrics are in my room," I make my way pass them and walk down the corridor. "Where's our other member?" I ask.

"He's on his way," Sara says from behind me. "He says he'll be here in 5, so he should be here in 3" she teases.

"Ya that man of yours just can't seem to stay away" David adds.

"Shut up you guys" I laugh as I gather the papers and hand them to Sara.

Knock! Knock! Knock!

"Guess I was wrong," Sara giggles.

I run passed them, charge down the stairs and throw open the doors, he stood there; hot, smiling, and mine.

His golden hair sparkled in the sun as I jump over my threshold and into his arms, he maybe skinny and lean but his arms still got the job done. He holds me close and I absorb his strength and hold tight.

"Hey babe," he says happily.

I pull back and we kiss, deep and long. After all the madness, sadness, lies and deceits, it was nice to have someone you could lean on and trust. I smile as we break and I look up into his beautiful chocolaty brown eyes, glad I could have such an amazingly sweet boyfriend.

"Hey Kevin"

Surprise!!

I'm sure you didn't expect to see an update from me so soon. Well to tell the truth I'm delaying atleast 3 types of term papers to get this up, but you guys are well worth it. You guys are my real and true inspiration and it's such a stress relief writing chapter updates for you guys, keep rocking and never forget to be awesome.

Onto some recent news, I just talked to @avarius and like I said I've finally decided what to do with this book and its overall future. I've decided to continue with this story as a whole, and when I'm well and done I'll break it up from here. I'll keep all the chapter reads and votes but the chapters will essentially be hollowed out and empty, then I'll just create a new story and dog pile the rest of the chapters their as part two.

Welp, I gotta go now but please don't forget to comment and vote. We broke a new record in the last chapter by getting upto 50 comments in under 24 hours. Having an overall total number of 65 comments as of now, coming in second as most commented chapter after "Oh Brother". You guys are DA BOOM! And we are only 200 reads away from hitting 50k reads guys. That's about half a hundred thousand!
