Harry shrugged. "You don't have to use them if you don't like them. I just figured that you're too busy to write and I also got bored so I decided to write for you."

"I actually like them," I murmured. "But I'm becoming such a bother to you."

"You're not a bother," he chuckled. "Never. I just want to help."

I pulled a shy smile. "Thanks. I really appreciate it."

"Don't mention it. Did you submit them?"

"Not yet. I want to ask your permission first."

"Permission?" he giggled, amused. "You don't need my permission, Jade. I wrote them for you. Use them."

"Thanks."

"Is the ending good enough for you?" he asked before drinking some water.

"Yeah. It's okay," I replied. "Not exactly what I have on my mind, but it's good."

He looked at me, his eyes curious. "What do you have in mind for the ending?"

I brushed my hair away from my eyes. "Nothing major. I was just thinking that Justine and Harvey will end as a couple. So the story will have a proper closure."

Harry started to chuckle. "You're writing an erotica, Jade. Not a Twilight kind of shit. Emotions are not required in erotic writing."

"I know. My idea just sounds more realistic."

"Realistic?" he chortled. "Let me guess. You watched Friends with Benefits."

I didn't answer. I did watch that film and I had to admit, I was thinking of having the same ending.

I gazed at Harry. "Why did you choose that kind of ending for my story? Did Harvey really have to leave?"

I was really surprised on how he wrote it. After my characters' carnal relationship, Harvey had to leave and Justine didn't mind. They parted ways without hard feelings to each other.

He emptied his water bottle. "It's better that way. Harvey left Justine's town but he left nice memories and experiences to her."

"The memories will be much better if they'll explore sex as a proper couple. There will be passion and deeper feelings."

"And the fun will be ruined." Harry pointed out. "Once emotions are involved, everything will be fucked up. Trust me."

"You seem to know it so well. Did it happen to you?" I asked, failing to control my stupid and curious mouth.

I pursed my lips when I saw him biting his inner cheek like he was controlling his mouth to blurt out something. "No," he answered thinly, then exhaled. "Jade, you can change the ending, I won't mind. Really. It's your story anyway," he told me with a smile, his eyes soft.

I was relieved to see that smile again. "Nah, I'm cool with your ending," I assured him. "Besides, I don't really have the time to write nowadays. Thank you for writing for me," I smiled.

"You're welcome," he grinned. "They'll start publishing your story this week, right?"

I nodded. "Yeah. This Friday."

"Nice. I'm sure the readers will like it."

"I hope," I chuckled.

Harry glanced at the truck. "I should work. Go to sleep, Jade. It's past midnight."

"How about you?"

"Don't worry about me," he snickered. "Good night, Jade."

"Okay. Good night, Harry," I smiled, then stood up to leave.
