"I hate it when people say it's our fate to die."

"Why?"

"It sounds like we live to die. Everything seems useless."

"We're trying to make a better world for our children."

I looked at him. "How does it feel? To be immortal. Like you."

He thought about it. "I'm not sure. I never was anything but this. I guess I could fade into darkness, but it would be hard." he smiled slightly. "My sons and daughters have a chance. Especially Tartarus. He was the strongest one."

I laughed nervously. "Don't tell me he's coming in here."

"No. He won't. And even if he does, he won't have a chance."

"You can kill him?"

"Victor, Percy is quite strong. Stronger than you think. If he wanted to take my throne and he was fearless which is impossible for a demigod by the way- he could take on Tartarus and I." he smiled. "I had been always amazed by him. He can live even when he has a few swords struck through him. He can do anything for family, which is not a common thing you can see."

"You're lucky Victor. To have a friend like that."

I went to the arena and saw only one room.

Pressing my hand onto the wall, the door opened, showing me Percy sitting down with his back on the wall and a towel over his eyes.

"Percy?"

He sat up quickly, throwing the towel off his face. He smiled slightly.
"Victor."

I looked around the room, and saw the remains of a metallic dummy. The floor was slightly singed and there was a block of ice on the floor. I kicked he dummy's head carelessly.

"Chaos was talking about a new dummy."

He nodded. "It's really nice. It has powers."

"When did you come?"

"About 7."

I scowled. "I told you to rest."

"I did!"

"How long."

"... 5 minutes?"

I hit him on the head. "Lunch."

He shook his head.

"I know you didn't eat breakfast." I glared at him. "Are you using the scale?"

"Uh...."

I sighed and rubbed my face.

"Percy. You. Need. To. Eat."

"Okay." he grumbled, sitting up. "Lets go."

~

A sandwitch.

I glared at him, and he smiled nervously.
I piled a salad on a dish and handed it to him. He scowled.

"Am I a rabbit?"

"It has chicken. Rabbits don't eat chicken."

"I know."

"You don't know anything."

Chaos slipped in between both of us.
"You two can stop fighting."

Annabeth stood next to Percy.
"Percy-"

He was gone faster than you can say chicken salad.

Chaos stared symphatically at Annabeth.
"Don't worry. He's just... Confused."
She nodded slowly.

I can't hurt her again.

I scowled.

Just because of her. Because of the daughter of Athena.

Because of that.
