Tied By Invisible Strings

Belladonna

I got a tour of the house well castle.. There were so many rooms, they had the kitchen of my dream and the bathroom, both just breath taking. Bathrooms and kitchens are my favourite place in any house, they've always being my favourite place to design.

''Well that concludes the tour now I'm sure you are just starving after all that, I know I am'' Malorie spoke as I followed her along back to the dining room, the room itself  was large enough to have at-least 3 kitchens inside it, the table long and grand covered in some sort of rich material.. which they definitely got dry cleaned religiously. ''well thank you for the tour your home is beautiful and the gardens themselves are just mesmerising.'' I spoke my voice I'm sure sounded like and excited little girl.

''she loves the aesthetic of gardens and loves gardening'' Daniel spoke up chuckling, I'm sure my face was as red as a tomato right now embarrassment washing over me. ''Well I like to think I have a little bit of a green thumb myself'' Malorie smiled sitting down at the table. ''Your father should arriving any minute, you guys haven't spoke in a while I'm sure you guys need to catch up on the business'' Malorie spoke up one again clearing her throat as she took a large amount of wine. 

''He's no need to involve himself in the business any longer mother'' Daniel's demeanour changed as Mal spoke of his father, I always assumed they got on perhaps I was wrong. ''My son has finally come to rid us of this evil creature'' A man entered the dining hall, his stature alone was intimidating he strode in Stella seemingly nipping at his ankles. ''Now aren't you a fine specimen.. why on earth would you willingly surrender yourself to my son?'' The man spoke earning a groan from Daniel. I chuckled in response ''I think it is him who surrendered himself'' I joked. 

''she's not wrong there honey, Daniel has barely taken his eyes off of her this whole evening now then,, chefs!'' Malorie exclaimed as the man sat down giving her a kiss on the cheek, People flooded in the room soon after she called for them, food being placed on the table swiftly before they exited.

''Now then forgetting formalities, what's your name dear?'' The man spoke up once again, I raised my gaze to him smiling as I replied ''Belladonna but just Bella sir''. ''I'm sure you've figured out I'm Daniel's father and well my daughter wherever she is, Nonetheless I'm Arthur, I must say it's a surprise to see my son with a woman'' He smiled filling his plate with food as he spoke.

''father it's not that surprising'' Daniel spoke huffing as he grabbed food piling it onto my plate, His parents shared glances before looking back at Daniel ''I honestly thought the world would stop spinning before you found yourself a woman'' Both parents chuckled I could see the tips of Daniels ear burn a bright red. 

''Thank you for putting food on my plate'' I placed my hand on his thigh giving it a few pats as reassurance, His parents were rather chill considering the way they live, it was nice. ''Don't force yourself to eat everything'' I replied with a smile before stuffing my face in a not so ladylike manner. 

Stella hid under the table as I threw pieces of meat for her, always felt bad not including animals in meals. ''So Bella what do you do for a living?'' 

Hours had passed, stories were told, laughter shared, this must be what having a family felt like, I couldn't help but feel warm inside. Though I was upset I couldn't have this I was more than glad to share it with Daniel. 

''Think we better head home it's late and I'm sure stella would like her bed back'' She barked in response to Daniel's remark, causing me to chuckle. ''Well Bella it was nice meeting you, we should set up a date to meet again bring your parents I'd love to meet who brought up such a fantastic mature woman''
